I’m tired of our old pizza place so we gave Marco’s a try for the first time a few weeks ago. The pizza was great and the customer service was good too. I was happy to have found a new go-to pizza place. Ordered again tonight after my son’s soccer game. This pizza was so burnt, I could only eat one slice and it wasn’t good at all. I’m super disappointed because I had been so glad to find good pizza around here but now I don’t know that I’ll be ordering from here again. How could you give someone a pizza that looks like this? Please be more consistent with the quality of food you give to your customers.

Tormented my son (who is autistic) and when my order was delivered and realized the driver was the one who bullied my kid, i told him I wasn't tipping him. The driver said I couldn't order from them anymore.

Tonight's order was very disappointing! I used to get these steak subs all the time because they used to be very good. I cannot believe how far downhill they've become. I ordered it with banana peppers and i got a total of ONE banana pepper ring on my sub. I also ordered green peppers and got NONE. The meat has been dwindled down to one thin slice all through the sub. The cheese was unnoticeable. It didn't even taste like a steak sub.

First visit. I couldn't quite figure out the website, trying to order. I went in and (Niko) a young man assisted me, I ordered what I wanted to try. Thank you so much for excellent service, and assistance. I really enjoyed my first taste of your items. 😋

We just had an order delivered and every item was wrong of of low quality.
We order a large pizza with old world pepperoni. All of the toppings were in a pile in the center of the pizza. Most of the pizza is just cheese.
Our wings were so burnt that even the breading and bones were black.
I requested our salad not contain olives, peppers or onions. It had large amounts of all 3.
When I called to hopefully have the food exchanged, I was only offered a refund on the salad and wings as “the GM said your pizza was fine”.
I offered to send pictures and they still refused to refund our pizza.
I was told I could file a complaint with corporate but u would have to find that information for myself. I certainly will.
This is my wife’s favorite pizza close to our house and it’s very unfortunate that we can no longer order for this location.
Our food in from the rookwood location was always correct and excellent.

Online ordering is fast and simple. The menu is precise and very easy to navigate. One click of the button, and I can reorder any past orders. My food is ready in less than 15 minutes. Always fresh and hot. I do think the 2 liter and 20 once sodas are overpriced.
