Called in to order the same order I do weekly, sometimes twice a week, (which includes 4 pizzas) and said they are $2 more a piece. She said she is the manager and refused to say her name, because she didn’t feel comfortable giving that information. I was not irate or disrespectful at all…. I want to know how any company has managers that refuse to identify themselves?
I called back later trying to ask the next person who the manager on duty and he said she doesn’t want that info given, then after asking how someone working there can be Managment and not say their name and then he said I don’t even care and hung up. They both had attitudes from the beginning of the convo. NEVER AGAIN. I just tried Marcos in September for the first time. You lost a great customer!

Unfortunately today was not the day, Marcos messed up my pizza on 11/06 (8 pm) & it looks like an employee cut a piece thinking I wouldn’t notice ?! Cheese tasted off, this isn’t what I asked for. Just didn’t taste the same as usual.. it’s a 2/10 for me. cheesy bread was amazing as always though!

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and Marco’s has always been my go-to whenever I didn’t feel like cooking. Your pizzas were always perfect — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right with that balance of softness and a little crunch.
Unfortunately, my recent experience was the complete opposite of what I’ve come to expect from Marco’s. The pizzas were burnt, hard, and dry — so dark they were nearly the same color as the box. They tasted burnt, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with Marco’s.
It feels like the quality and care that used to set Marco’s apart are slipping. It’s as if the people making the food now don’t care about the performance, the product, or the reputation of Marco’s — only the paycheck. That’s not what Marco’s used to be about.
I’ve always loved and trusted Marco’s, but this experience left me questioning if I’ll return unless I can be reassured that the store is still committed to the high-quality standards I know Marco’s can deliver.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue with the team. I’d love to continue being a loyal customer, but the quality has to return to what Marco’s is known for.

Worst place ever. This was the second time we have ordered delivery and canceled after waiting an hour. The customer service sucks. No explanation, just it's out for delivery. App says 4:41 delivery then says out for delivery at 4:42....it's 5:15 and nothing. We ordered at 4:11. WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE AGIAN.

I went in there on June 20 at 930 pm the woman African American working the counter and phone was rude and nasty as can be on phone so rude she even got so nasty to tell me I'm not taking your order cause I can't hear you of course you can't hear me when you're blaring all kinds of loud music in the background then when I get there she was even nastier didn't even know how to take the order and so I left I will never go back to that place as long as she is working there and if you go in there it's obvious who I'm referring to management needs to get involved in fire her immediately unless they want to keep losing customers cuz I'm telling everybody I know

This place is very unsanitary. The cashier was making pizzas without washing their hands. Also, another employee came in, took their coat and bag off did not wash their hands and made pizzas. Also the delivery driver and the only thing that they were talking about is getting the pieces out on time very unsanitary very do not eat here. They do not use gloves or wash their hands. I would not recommend this place to an enemy.
