Subject: Extremely Disappointed with My Recent Marco’s Experience
Dear Marco’s Team, 9-8-2025
I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and Marco’s has always been my go-to whenever I didn’t feel like cooking. Your pizzas were always perfect — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right with that balance of softness and a little crunch.
Unfortunately, my recent experience was the complete opposite of what I’ve come to expect from Marco’s. The pizzas were burnt, hard, and dry — so dark they were nearly the same color as the box. They tasted burnt, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with Marco’s.
It feels like the quality and care that used to set Marco’s apart are slipping. It’s as if the people making the food now don’t care about the performance, the product, or the reputation of Marco’s — only the paycheck. That’s not what Marco’s used to be about.
I’ve always loved and trusted Marco’s, but this experience left me questioning if I’ll return unless I can be reassured that the store is still committed to the high-quality standards I know Marco’s can deliver.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue with the team. I’d love to continue being a loyal customer, but the quality has to return to what Marco’s is known for.

Worst place ever. This was the second time we have ordered delivery and canceled after waiting an hour. The customer service sucks. No explanation, just it's out for delivery. App says 4:41 delivery then says out for delivery at 4:42....it's 5:15 and nothing. We ordered at 4:11. WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE AGIAN.

I went in there on June 20 at 930 pm the woman African American working the counter and phone was rude and nasty as can be on phone so rude she even got so nasty to tell me I'm not taking your order cause I can't hear you of course you can't hear me when you're blaring all kinds of loud music in the background then when I get there she was even nastier didn't even know how to take the order and so I left I will never go back to that place as long as she is working there and if you go in there it's obvious who I'm referring to management needs to get involved in fire her immediately unless they want to keep losing customers cuz I'm telling everybody I know

This place is very unsanitary. The cashier was making pizzas without washing their hands. Also, another employee came in, took their coat and bag off did not wash their hands and made pizzas. Also the delivery driver and the only thing that they were talking about is getting the pieces out on time very unsanitary very do not eat here. They do not use gloves or wash their hands. I would not recommend this place to an enemy.

I placed a delivery order at the Glen crossing location via the Marcos app. My order was left outside. There was no phone call, nothing from the app or driver to tell me my food was outside getting cold. I never choose contact free delivery. I live in an apartment building with secured doors. There was instruction to call and meet at the entrance. Are your drivers so socially inept or in such a big hurry that they can't follow instructions and call?

We didn't get what we ordered. And when we arrived, and saw it. We said this wasn't correct.
The pizza itself was delicious and definitely made in a timely manner. The gentleman that took the order and made the order was extremely kind and as far as atmosphere well it's more of a you know pick up and go place so hard to have a lot of atmosphere going on. But it was very pleasant. Also you can park with a trailer... always a plus.

Every time I order from this location the food is great. The estimate delivery time frame is always correct. I have no complaints. In my opinion the food and service is better than the Larosa on boudinot. Keep up the good work

I ordered delivery. 1 hour and 15 mins before they closed. No call or any they just didn’t fill my order. I also had two people in my group call them and stayed on hold for over 20 mins to speak to the local store with not answer just kept us on hold. All I would have wanted was a call to say they are not completing any more delivery orders for the night. Overall not a good experience.
