Love this place. The McAllister Club is the best sandwich there, in my opinion. Staff is amazing. The are helpful with menu options if your unfamiliar with the place. The dining area is mostly always clean and nice looking.

I was very bad mistreated by the same employee TWICE. Very unfriendly and rude. McAlisters should be ashamed of having an employee like that.

Really nice n helpful staff,as we'd never been here. Food was great. Place was clean
I had the Southwest Chicken and Avocado Salad. It didn't look good, but it tasted great! I came on a Monday late afternoon (around 5 PM) and the restaurant was almost empty. Most people took their food to go. Some of their personnel were attentive, which I appreciated. The size of the salad was good. Plenty of food. I will be coming back.

The wife and I went in and ordered 2- pick 2's. When our food was delivered, we had 3 items. I inquired about the missing item and she said she'd check. The shift lead? girl came over and indicated that it wasn't rung up as 2 orders and that I was welcome to go up to the counter and place a 2nd order for the item that were missing. Didn't try to make their mistake right, just brushed it off and I could remedy the mistake myself if I wanted to. I won't be back to McAlister's again. Normally good service at other locations.
