Beware! Card charged 3 times and when I contacted this store about the issue the Manager told me it happens all the time. I have NEVER had it happen before, and this is something that people should know about BEFORE running a bebit/credit card. She said the money shows up within 5-7 business days. Unethical business practices.

Let me just say my cashier Roman was lovely. He was attentive and read back my order just to be sure. The other front of house people were honestly awful. I was not given my drink and asked for it and was told “This time I will but next time you need to make sure the cashier gives it to you”. I will make sure to go out of my way to avoid this location from now on. Roman find a new job that actually appreciates you.

I recently used Mcalisters Beechmont for a catering order - 6 seasonal cookie trays to celebrate vet tech week at a few different vet offices around town. I wish I had know about them sooner!!!! They did such an amazing job without much notice - the cookies were delicious and the presentation was top notch! Exceptional value- I will 100% be coming back around Christmas to use them for my catering needs! Thank your team for doing such a great job! The one thing that was a little weird was that I was able to set my catering pick up time to 10-10:30 but their store doesn’t actually open until 10:30 so I had to wait outside to pick them up. I now know for next time but I think it would be helpful to notate that! Everything else was perfect!

Super disappointed today. I have been ordering Mcalisters catering for almost a decade. I have never had a negative experience at any location until today at Anderson. My catering order was missing the chili that I paid for. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until after my meeting had started. After the meeting I stopped back and request a credit for the $17.90 I paid for the chili. Unfortunately once an order is paid for it is no longer a Mcalisters problem. Instead of credit I was offered two VIP cards for free lunch. I have celiac and have never been able to dine here without getting sick. I order here because my teams love the food. What am I going to do with free lunch for a restaurant where I can’t safely dine?? I will never order from this location again. I may pull all of my business from Mcalisters. If you make a mistake, you fix it. I’m not asking for compensation just credit for what I paid for.

Yummy meal before heading to Kroger. The Jalapeno Turkey Crunch was really good. The tomato cucumber salad was a little too soupy.

The food has consistent great quality and the staff are periodically cycling around the restaurant to make sure everything is alright and to make sure that your drink is filled to your liking. I always love coming here.

We had a large group of 11 so we had to split up into 3 tables. because of the layout we weren't together. I wouldn't complain but we called in advance and asked if they could accommodate us so we could sit together. Got there and oops sorry you can't. We all found seats but since everything was on one ticket the staff had to search between our tables to serve our meals. I ordered a Ceasars salad. The ingredients are simple so you can't mess one up right? I've never had a DRY salad before. I always get dressing on the side because I use it sparingly. The dressing was so thick I literally did cut it with a knife....well a fork. The dressing was served as a scoop in a cup. How does one eat a 3 ingredient salad where two ingredients cannot be picked up with a fork (croutons and parmesan threads). I had to use my fork to get a slice of dressing and stick the ingredients to the dressing. But the lettuce was nicely cut into small bite-sized pieces. A Ceasars salad is so simple but this salad at McAlisters deli was only second in yuk to a Ceasars salad I was once served that was made with tomatoes, mixed greens and parmesan cheese from a can. No lie.

The sandwiches were just meh, nothing special. Large eating area for a big crowd. Not the best but not the worst.

Called in a pick up order because the app said it wasn’t taking online orders for this location. I called and she said they were having computer problems. OK no problem. I placed an order and she said 5 to 10 minutes for pick up. It was 35 minutes until the order was ready while we were waiting there. I know stuff happens but do not tell people it will be 5 to 10 minutes and then have them wait 35 minutes. Like what on earth. The food was half cold when we got it too so I’m wondering if it was sitting in the back and they just didn’t grab it, I don’t know but it was very off putting.

Not sure if this issue is on the restaurant or uber eats , but half my order got canceled because the restaurant was unable to fulfill it. Which somehow my whole order got canceled, I’m being denied a refund and charged a cancellation fee because the restaurant accepted my order and started making it ,despite calling the store and being told they don’t even see my order come through. Lost over $85

Last night at this location we received poor customer service. Our cashier, one of the younger male employees with the neck tattoo in Japanese writing, took our order in an annoyingly high pitched voice. He was so focused on winning his bet, he ended up getting the orders wrong and was just very unprofessional.

$44 for two people to get sandwiches. Burn in hell. Your employees can't even afford the food. Last time I'll ever eat here. This country needs to fail.
