Had a BLT craving and McAlisters was the answer. Lots of bacon and the sweet tea is legendary.Parking: Depending on the time and day, you may need to walk a bit. There is an area up close for take out orders.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for all

It’s usually good service and food but today took 15 minutes for food to come out and it was cold then they couldn’t figure how to refund my $$. Just gave up and left.

Awful customer service!!!I was there exactly at opening and first and only lunch take out customer for the 15-20 minute waitI had two orders that I requested be bagged separatelyTurkey Reuben (Rachel) ( with potato salad) and Reuben (w/Mac cheese)Cleaning seemed to be the most important thing at the time!Then the person making the sandwiches just threw it to the tray on the counter (one landed off the tray) and did the same with the sides (one landed upside down)Then BOTH were bagged togetherThen I mentioned separate orders and she re-bagged themI dropped one to my family member and then drove home (9 miles away) to find out they had bagged the order wrong (we both had the wrong sandwiches) so I drove back to exchange sandwichesAs for the food: the Reuben had zero sauerkraut and Rachel very little!The food prep lady certainly displayed a lack of caring!The counter lady showed about the same lack of customer care and service!07/07/2023$25.9810.31am

Food and staff are always excellent!!! My only complaint is that I cannot get takeout if I'm alone. I'm disabled and cannot carry an order and use my rollator at the same time.

The staff is always nice and it is always clean..love their food and strawberry tea. Lunch 1/2 sandwich and soup broccoli cheddar my favorite is ideal. I did an Uber Eats order for a Southwest salad and a cup of fresh fruit, plus a brownie because yes, BROWNIES! The salad was enormous, it could probably feed two. The fruit was a nice mix of things, The delivery was prompt, correct, and everything was so fresh!!I definitely recommend it for folks who want fresh food that's healthy, or those little indulgences that aren't. I'll definitely order from them again.Sorry about the photo of the salad but I dug in when it got here.

When I walked up to the counter to order my food, one of the employees seemed to be available to take my order. She looked at me and then walked into the back. The other employee, a young woman with blonde hair, was forced to stop what she was doing and-rightfully so-was a little flustered as she came to kindly and respectfully help me. This has happened multiple times before--which is the only reason I'm leaving a review. The food is great, the environment is nice, but I just felt that was kind of rude. If you see a customer don't just ignore them, I see the poor young lady who helped me here all the time and she's constantly having to bust her butt. Lucky to have her!
