I come to this location quite frequently and every time I come, I never have any complaints. My sandwich is always made fresh. I am picky. I might ask for a little extra a little something off of it. They never have any issues or frustrations with completing the request request. The bathrooms are always phenomenal. Miss Tammy is the front of the house manager. I believe she’s always in there cleaning it wiping it down making sure it’s clean for her guest and it’s truly appreciated. Keep up the great work, Oakley.

Every time I’ve given McAlister’s Deli a chance, it’s been a disappointment. The first time I went, my soup was ice cold and the staff didn’t offer so much as an apology. Today, I ordered a ham and cheese ciabatta - got home and it only had cheese. No ham at all. I went back, and they somehow got it wrong again. Third time finally got the right ingredients, but the sandwich wasn’t even toasted. No apology, no effort to make it right - just careless service all around. Won’t be back.

Overcharged me mysteriously by about 3 dollars. I didn’t press the issue at the time because I wasn’t sure about the math at the counter. Was served a chicken salad without chicken. Restaurant is pretty messy with a big central section filled with assorted cardboard boxes. Something ain’t right here.
Very nice and clean place to eat! No complaints. Highly recommend!

I love McAlister’s overall but not this Oakley location. Here are the reasons. Today I ordered a spicy southwest chicken sandwich for a take out. After getting home I realized that there are several ingredients missing and they didn’t even tell me about it as if it was ok to cheat your customer. It’s not just the first time they messed up my order. In the past they didn’t put Lay’s regular chips in my order. One time I checked my order at the restaurant itself before leaving and found out it was a wrong sandwich. When I told them they just changed the label and told my they printed the wrong label. I still asked if they were sure to which they said 100%. At home I found it indeed was a wrong sandwich. I don’t write reviews that often but I felt compelled after the staff messed up my order multiple times in the past 3-4 months. I live in Hyde Park and don’t have time to drive all the way to Mason just because that location is very well managed and their staff doesn’t repeatedly mess up people’s order.

Best ciabatta bread I've ever had, normally places gave extremely hard or stale ciabatta. This was soft and fluffy with a little bit of crisp on the edges. Perfect.
It was okay, the food was pretty good but there weren't many seats and the employees were a bit rude. Everybody seemed to be rushed. I give this place an overall 3.

The McAlister’s in OHIO! I was starving and intensely craving a hot sandwich, Reubens are one of my favorite type of sandwiches, and McAlister’s is one of my favorite restaurants! As I went to pick up my order, I walked in and was beautifully welcomed and greatly helped! Every item I ordered was prepared with love and kindness! I promise, if I didn’t have to return to work that day, I would have stayed in that restaurant until closing just to hangout! I was that moved by the customer service and comfortability in that environment. THANK YOU EVERYONE ON THE OAKLEY MCALISTER’S TEAM! My food was delicious, my experience was phenomenal, and greatly appreciated! I look forward to seeing you ALL again!
