Staff is wonderful. I went in 20 minutes before closing to get two of their loaded baked potatoes to go. Initially, I was told they had no more. Then, one of the kitchen workers called out if I just wanted a couple of potatoes, he coul get them out of storage and make them for my order. They fixed them rapidly and I was able to take them home.

I order a club wrap to end up with only one piece of ham on it. The lady knew that the soda didn't taste right, but instead of fixing it she just hands me the drink. I totally felt like I got my money's worth. I would 100% recommend to nobody.

Consistently good food and service. Try the spuds, they are massive and a meal in themselves. Pick up a tea pass for the cost of two regular teas and get one tea per day for a MONTH. Quite the deal if you frequent this place. I use the app and always seem to have a coupon to use.

The slowest Mcalister’s there is, they will run food for 20 minutes while you stand there waiting watching your pick up order in the window wishing you could grab it yourself bc they’re all so incompetent.

Stick to the Oakley location. Kenwood location smells like burning. Floor, blinds, menus all needed to be cleaned. Floor was very sticky. Saw one manager berate an employee for not logging out of the drawer. Then 10 minutes later brought it up again when the employee was on the floor and he was behind the counter. Food was lacking for the price. The side salad was a good size so I’m giving two stars. Employees not really attentive.
Waited patiently at the one on Montgomery Road near kenwood and when asked she said did you want something lol I said to order and she said yeah what do you want I left I love the one in Oakley not going back to this one

I ordered the choose 2 half ultimate nachos and half French dip with a side of tomato bisque. I have ordered a French dip here before and know that it lacks roast beef so I ordered extra hoping they would pay more attention to how much the put on. My sandwich had 4 slivers of roast beef on it. The tomato “bisque” tasted like they opened a jar of spaghetti sauce, poured it in a bowl and nuked it. Then they added green onions to the top?!?! And finally the ultimate nachos, I ordered them with no black olives no avacado extra shredded cheese and extra sour cream. The container had chips, jalapeños shredded cheese and green onions. No chili, cheese sauce, tomato, and no sour cream. This isn’t my first bad experience with this location but I decided to give it a second chance I definitely will not be returningUpdate: I sent my husband up with the nachos to see if they could actually put the ingredients on the nachos that come with it. He was given major attitude by the kitchen manager and handed a side of cheese sauce. It’s safe to say I’m extremely pissed this restaurant has now stolen from me because I paid extra for extra sour cream and for extra roast beef?
