Yesterday we visited McAllister‘s deli Kenwood, and it was slammed from a tour bus. They brought my order out in a timely manner, but it was slightly incorrect, and when I went back to tell them about it, they were very gracious, and provided great customer service in making sure that everything was re-prepared, etc., to my satisfaction!

I love McAlister's Deli. I haven't had a bad thing from them until now. The Sweet & Smoky Chicken sandwich I just had from them tasted great but there was barely any meat. The cup of chili I got tasted like someone dumped a whole shaker of salt into it. It was inedible. I don't know, maybe it's because I ordered from a different location this time. So disappointed.

My husband Don and I stopped in for a quick bite and, as always, McAlister’s didn’t disappoint. Don went for his favorite, the Spud Ole’—perfectly baked and loaded just right. I ordered my usual Pick Two Combo with the Sweetberry Pecan Salad and BLTA. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying! 🥗🥓🥔
But the real star of the show? The McAlister’s Famous Iced Tea. It gives us just the right boost of energy we need to power through the rest of the day! 🧋⚡

The Kenwood McAllisters lunch crew is hands down the best local lunch crew I’ve found at any restaurant. They work together to ensure customers are taken care of, they are consistently checking in letting you know the status of your order. Interacting with the regulars. Friendly is an understatement. It’s an all around welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant was dirty and the bathroom has Ants .we ordered garden salad it made me and my girlfriend sick cause we got some sort of virus from some not washing there hands

Staff is wonderful. I went in 20 minutes before closing to get two of their loaded baked potatoes to go. Initially, I was told they had no more. Then, one of the kitchen workers called out if I just wanted a couple of potatoes, he coul get them out of storage and make them for my order. They fixed them rapidly and I was able to take them home.

I order a club wrap to end up with only one piece of ham on it. The lady knew that the soda didn't taste right, but instead of fixing it she just hands me the drink. I totally felt like I got my money's worth. I would 100% recommend to nobody.

Consistently good food and service. Try the spuds, they are massive and a meal in themselves. Pick up a tea pass for the cost of two regular teas and get one tea per day for a MONTH. Quite the deal if you frequent this place. I use the app and always seem to have a coupon to use.
