Olivia was our server, great recommendations and perfect timing throughout our meal. Definition of great hospitality. Food was excellent

Booked for my husband's 50th birthday and they made it so personal. They even had our menus printed with “happy 50th birthday” wish for our party. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. Will definitely want to go back!!!

Not like other M&S locations that we've dined at. The hostess was lecturing the arriving diners about how she was going to seat. Dining room could have used a good cleaning. Food (which was delicious) took forever to come out. Our Server was charming but constantly upselling. The drinks took even longer - my wife's wine didn't arrive until our plates were cleared. No visits from management or thank you upon departure.

Service was par at best, food was terrible had to send both orders back. Place was empty, I would have been better off at Longhorns. Sorry but the truth, I see why they are struggling.

Was there Saturday evening the sever was rude and slow and very forgetful and on her phone a lot.

I've been to other locations across the country, and this one was the only bad experience I've ever had. From hostess, server, and food quality I am highly disappointed in this location. Will never come back.

Every time Neo has been our waiter, we have the same consistent wonderful service. He's friendly yet professional and very helpful. The food and atmosphere is great but Neo is the icing!

Visited this restaurant last Friday and had an excellent experience. We made reservations through OpenTable and arrived around 6:30. We were greeted immediately and seated promptly. The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure our drinks never went empty. The food was delicious, and everything came out quickly. The atmosphere was beautiful—romantic, warm, and perfect for a special evening. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff acknowledged it with a complimentary dessert, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this restaurant. We will absolutely return when we’re in the area again.

Had reservations before a show and the experience at the restaurant was very nice. Olyvia was a fantastic server and the meal was perfect. Good atmosphere as well.

Our meal was delicious — the food was perfectly cooked and accompanying vegetables were very complimentary to the entree. Anthony gave us excellent service. We enjoyed our evening very much.

We ordered the Ahi Tuna seared and it came blackened which we did not expect. We also expected the typical sear with rare middle but I think we added to the confusion when ordering. In fairness, they would have redone it but we were attending the ballet so did not have time to wait.

Food came out look warm. Didn't say anything. Was always told if they take it back, may do something to eat. So I requested a to go box and only ate a bit. Went home and warmed it up.

We have been to many seafood and meat restaurants, and sometimes we have been pleased. At other times, we have not felt that we received a dinner that met our expectations. We really had a great time last evening. We told our waitress that we were going to a concert after dinner, and she assured us that she would make sure we had plenty of time to eat and would also allow us time to walk to the venue. She helped us select our meals and also let us make our own decisions if we wanted to try something different. Everything was excellent. We ordered all the seafood, and it was cooked perfectly. Just to the point of being cooked without getting overdone, when seafood can get dry or spongy. Our dinners were perfect. We are so happy we went to McCormick and Schmick's. We will definitely go there the next time we travel to Cincinnati. Thank you.

Byron is the best!! He takes care of every customer like they are family! We will come back just for him! The customer service is amazing!

We got their early and asked to sit at the bar. The bartender, Lucas, has so much personality and was very nice and attentive!!
