Seems the manager working Sunday November 3rd at 10:00 was on a power-trip! Man with a beard. Yelling at the staff. And I mean raising his voice and having a demeaning tone. Extremely frustrating. He needs to take leadership training and not bark orders at people. Ordered at kiosk. Ordered an iced mocha and waited 25 minutes to be told that they didn't have any iced mocha. This McDonald's needs serious overhaul.
