If I could give 0 stars I would came here tonight at 10:25pm there was already 3 cars in front of me eveeyone got their bags and when I pulled up to place my order they said they was closed now mine you they don't close til 11 pm this has been an ongoing issue at this location
Ordered food at 12:30. Didn't receive food until 1:00. What's the point of ordering online? If you can get food faster through the drive-thru higher quality employees, maybe somebody will get their food and fast food amount of time

Placed order via mobile app, accepted my order and charged my bank. Get to the restaurant and drive thru line is stagnant, people out of their cars, doors to restaurant are locked. Eventually the cops showed up to deal with what looked like a belligerent guest. This was at 10am. I decided I’d try the curbside pickup since I couldn’t go inside and the drive thru was not moving. App reassured me my food was being prepared and even sent a notification saying it was being brought out to me. An hour later still no food. I try calling the restaurant, they pick up and immediately hang up, then turned off their phone lines. I get having belligerent guests to deal with but do better about your customers who have already paid for their food. at least some communication so that we don’t just sit there waiting being misled that the food is on the way. Tried to cancel the order but the app said “food is already being prepared” and would not let me cancel. I will be disputing the charge unless McDonald’s does anything to make it right which would shock me if they did. Avoid this location at all costs.
This is the worst McDonald's in Cincinnati.I just waited 45 minutes for cold steak, egg and cheese bagel.And they wanna ask me.Why am I upset

One self register, and the whole damn store and the line wrapped around the building at lunch. And a kid outside smoking a cigarette that told me he just got there and they put him on break.. 🤦🏻♂️
Not going here again. I paid for my order at 10:30 PM, aka 30 minutes before closing. I paid at the first window, then I am sitting at the second window for over 10 minutes, and suddenly I see the lights go off. I keep waiting since I am confused and finally someone comes up to my window and asks if he can help me. I feel bad they are probably short staffed, he said there are only 2 people in there so they’re not even open. But at that point just change the hours, don’t say you’re open til 11 and accept my money if everyone is about to leave. He told me to get my refund through the app but that’s not possible as I didn’t order through the app. There was another car behind me too, who seemed to have already paid lol. That seems a bit incompetent to me…

I go there to get a happy meal. The order taker is rude as hell. I had double fries on my happy meal. I got apples. I ordered the new s’mores McFlurry the damn cup was filled halfway. The guy at the second window also forgot my drink and slammed the window in my face. I tried to call back, but of course they don’t answer the phones.

Genuinely took over an hour for us to get our food from the drive through. We sat in the reserved spot for drive thru food waiting for over an hour and the only food we ordered was chicken nuggets and a mc double.

Who is managing this place?! Too much is terrible about this place to mention. Just who on earth is in charge of this location?!
Everything was fine until we got to the second window. We received our food but noticed we didn’t get our drink. We let the employee know, and he went to get the manager.
When the manager came to the window, we explained politely that our drink was missing. She immediately told us we didn’t order one (we did), so we asked if we could just get one — we even had our money out, ready to pay.
She quickly got upset and said, “Do you see a cash register here? I’m not walking all the way back there to take your money,” and explained that we can get back in line then slammed the window in our face.
We weren’t rude at all, just confused and trying to resolve the issue. The manager’s attitude and response were uncalled for, and the situation could have been handled much more professionally. P.s. they messed up our hamburger
