Absolutely terrible experience. Our order was wrong from the start on the screen, and somehow it only got worse. They handed us the kids’ toys first, then left us waiting forever for the actual food. When it finally came out, the chicken nuggets were missing, then the kids’ drinks were forgotten too. To top it off, my double quarter pounder had the wrong patties.
The final straw: my wife politely asked for a cup of water for our baby and the employee actually rolled her eyes at her. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. This place is completely disorganized and the customer service is awful. We won’t be coming back.

Manager is very sweet and concerned about the wait time (which wasn’t bad at all in my opinion). He gave us coupons because they ran out of pies. He’s always got a wonderful attitude when we’ve interacted in the past and very clearly cares about his job!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tried to get food 10:38 said they cleaned and only could do mckicken. Manager should be aware staff shouldn't be cleaning prior to close. Losing business.wont go here again!

Tried to go thru drive thru but was told only taking mobile app ordered. Directed to come in & use kiosk. If I wanted to get out of my car & go in, I wouldn't have gone thru drive thru. Didn't order. Went to Wendy's.

Lol its so bad that I had time while waiting for my food (2 happy meals and a large fry) to write this review.

OMG I had time to edit. So I had to pull ahead, he finally comes out with the large fry and I say what about the happy meals and he said oh yeah, 6 piece? I say no, hamburger, and he's like oh yeah I gotta get some more toys and then runs to this fenced area in the parking lot to get some more??? What in the world is going on???? 😅😅😅😅

After waiting 10 minutes at the counter I ask someone if I could get somebody to wait on me he yelled at me and told me he doesn't take orders at the counter That's what the kiosk for I will never return to any McDonald's anywhere because of this individual and how rude they were I did not realize that you couldn't place an order anymore and the other place I've been to is not been a problem I don't use kiosk

If I could give 0 stars I would came here tonight at 10:25pm there was already 3 cars in front of me eveeyone got their bags and when I pulled up to place my order they said they was closed now mine you they don't close til 11 pm this has been an ongoing issue at this location

Ordered food at 12:30. Didn't receive food until 1:00. What's the point of ordering online? If you can get food faster through the drive-thru higher quality employees, maybe somebody will get their food and fast food amount of time
