Genuinely took over an hour for us to get our food from the drive through. We sat in the reserved spot for drive thru food waiting for over an hour and the only food we ordered was chicken nuggets and a mc double.

Who is managing this place?! Too much is terrible about this place to mention. Just who on earth is in charge of this location?!
Everything was fine until we got to the second window. We received our food but noticed we didn’t get our drink. We let the employee know, and he went to get the manager.
When the manager came to the window, we explained politely that our drink was missing. She immediately told us we didn’t order one (we did), so we asked if we could just get one — we even had our money out, ready to pay.
She quickly got upset and said, “Do you see a cash register here? I’m not walking all the way back there to take your money,” and explained that we can get back in line then slammed the window in our face.
We weren’t rude at all, just confused and trying to resolve the issue. The manager’s attitude and response were uncalled for, and the situation could have been handled much more professionally. P.s. they messed up our hamburger
Workers not taking my order while they are open. Sitting inside playing on their phones. I waited for 10 minutes and drive around multiple times. As a manager or owner of this location, I would be mortified.
They completely messed up our order, and they forgot half of it.
I’ve been here a lot it’s close to my work but the last 2-3 months it has really gone down hill they are kiosk only most of the time and the gentleman behind me wanted to pay cash they had a terrible attitude about it and continued to talk about him after he left I don’t believe I’ll be back anytime soon hopefully they can restructure and go back to how it was i tried to reach out with the survey but they haven’t had receipt paper in the kiosk in quite some time

Spent almost 10 minutes at the window waiting on my food then the guy straight lied about my drinks. I ordered a sweet tea. They was too lazy to go somewhere else to fill up a cup so they filled it up a third of the way with sweet tea and then put unsweetened in the rest. I asked the worker about it. he said no it’s sweetened. He lied straight to my face
Rude and slow service at the drive through. When I voiced my discontent, I was told to go to a different McDonald’s.

Been the only one at the speaker for 15 minutes. They opened 15 minutes ago and no one will come to the speaker to take my order. Insane!!!! There’s a couple workers inside. If your website says you open at 6 then be open at 6 . Change it to 7 am if your people can’t prepare in time!!! I’m the only one here!!!! Pulled up to the window and looked at the lady inside and not a hello or how can I help you or nothing. What is going on here????
I went in and order 7 dollars worth of food and we ask the guy for two small cups of ice he said he would have to charge you for them. REALLY!?
They need to teach there employees how to make a Carmel ice coffee. Other locations do good. They just can't make it right
Lanasia takes my order from drive thru and her voice smile just everything about her attitude showed through her character as a person her smile was so infectious I just want to point out that everybody needs a little bit of lanasia she made my day so much better! She put a smile on my face. God bless 🙏❤️
The lights outside and parking lot were not on, looked closed. Burger didn't have the bacon on it. No fries in bag. And my Coke was a diet coke. The burger was very salty, but fresh and hot. The lady at the window was incredibly rude and on her phone. Very disappointed in this location.
