The lemon tea I bought had no lemon ingredients at all, only tea. When I asked the staff to add it, I was asked to pay for the lemonade again.,He was very arrogant and I was ridiculed by the black waiter at the front desk. The service was very bad.
I ordered from this location off of door dash. first time ever ordering from this location and my order was a big order!!! got the wrong order but the receipt on the bag was my original order. very disappointed. these workers need to pay attention to what receipt they are putting on a bag!!! never ordering from this location ever again!!!!!!

This is by far the worst McDonald in Cincinnati. If itās too early they donāt have enough staff if itās 9 the food sucks because theyāre too busy Iām pretty sure thereās only like 2 people working in there at all times

After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru they got my order wrong. She even looked in the bag. Anyway I got back in line for another 20 minutes and then was yelled at because ate some fries.. super rude. Never eat Mcbarfs again. Shameful.

the mcdonaldās by my house was closed so i went to this one instead. i placed an online order ahead of time to make the drive thru process quicker. i ordered two meals, which comes with fries and a drink. the drive thru employee looked inside of the bag before handing me my order so i figured it was correct. i drive all the way home to find out that iām missing both of my fries. i then call the location and the manager believes the employees rather than the customer. customer service is non existent here. make sure you double check your bags before you leave because they do not care at all and will lie to avoid getting in trouble. did not offer any sort of compensation either. who hired this manager because clearly she is not qualified to run the restaurant.
