Sitting in the dining room with multiple other diners at 9:56 p.m. the manager yells out to the lobby and says the lobby is closed turns out the lights on everyone still eating their food and still waiting to even receive their food absolutely horrendous actions by a manager. There is a reason why they are hiring managers.

I came early 230am. Place was open which was a plus. Quick through the window. Ordered my food and had no issues through the drive through. I was asked to wait 3 minutes for a fresh quarter pounder wich it was exactly 3 minutes and for a fresh burger i didnt mind.. It was delicious and the fries were on the warm side with enough salt. Overall very happy considering it was 230am.

The restaurant itself was like any other well-run McDonald's however, it was the staff and the personalities that made the difference. There was a delightful man there who spoke with my son briefly about what he was doing on his tablet. Gave the vibe of the way things used to be in a time when people were personable and cared about others. Communication with strangers has become a lost art form, so thank you to this gentleman for making my son's day.

Stopped by the drive through at around 8:45 on Wednesday 12/18/24. Was meet with a very cheery female cashier who was happy to be serving weary customers coming from the Mall across the street before the holidays. Pulled to the second window and found an equally friendly man wishing me happy holidays and handing me my order. Best drive through experience I recall!

This place has horrible service. I ordered on the mobile app and got there to pick my food up and supposedly my order didn’t pop up on screen and now it’s 10:34am and they are telling me that breakfast is over and can’t fulfill my order. There were 3 other guests there as well to pick up orders that they did not fulfill. The worker was very rude about the whole situation to me and other customers. Will not go to this location again. It’s sad how bad these places are getting with customer service. Everyone should choose not to spend their hard earned money with them

Completely got my order wrong! They don’t pay attention to detail well! Would recommend checking your food before moving on! I asked for extra cheese and got no cheese at all!!
It's a mcdonald's.... they seemed to be half the size they were when I was a boy. But they seem to be getting better with the ice cream machine and their french fries are still awesome.
