The menu wouldn't switch from the previous orders, and they claimed that they don't sell cheeseburgers? However they sell a bacon cheeseburger…. Make that make sense. They also ripped off the bottom half of my receipt so that I couldn't leave an actual review. Go literally anywhere else if you want food, all you're asking for going here is either children or rude adults who may as well be children, Eastgates location is only 15 minutes away and I will always make the drive if I have to now. This location uses to be so good, and is significantly going down as time goes by. I'd say do better, but the CHILDREN running your store can only do so much!

Very nice and friendly, however the food is almost always extremely old. I like the people who work here, but I don't like the food they serve. Might get food poisoning if I go back or worse. Got a fish sandwich that was undercooked AND old. My stomach hurt for weeks and it made me very sick. Sorry McDonald's. Also, try to hire people who are legal to work in the U.S.

Took 30minutes just to locate a very unapologetic manager after I had to come in for my mobile order. Over 15 people in the lobby with incorrect food or lost mobile orders. I found my order with 3 completely melted shakes and everything ice cold. The employees really tried. I asked for the food fresh and the manager tried to give me 1 of the 3 burgers I ordered that was made incorrectly and walked off. Eventually another manager came up and I finally got the food. Same issue the following week when I gave them a second chance. My mistake NEVER go to the one in Eastgate (cincinnati) Ohio. No matter the number of opportunities you give them they WILL mess it up and just look at you when you kindly ask for the correction without doing anything. Blame it on VERY POOR Management!

Went to mcdanks at 9pm and got deluxe quarter pounder and Big Mac and 10 piece nuggets. Lady taking order didn’t put Big Mac on order then got home after going inside and getting Big Mac to find out I was given a mcchicken instead of my qp and my bun and chicken was burnt af. Very upset with service. Only good outcome was the interactive table and my m&m flurry. Not happy😡

It is 7:19pm. I got my son a deluxe with and extra deluxe sandwich with large sweet tea. The guy doing the drive through with tattoos all over his face and arms, put on the there that I wanted a spicy deluxe. I never asked for that I told him 5 times that I do not want spicy. He wasn't listening until the last time I said something. He switched it to a regular deluxe. He was very rude and cut me off while I was talking and told me that my words were getting mixed up. And I can not call and complain about the situation because Mc Donald's sucks. They will not fix the problem.
Out of the 6 or 7 McDonald’s within a 10-15 mile radius of this one. This one is by far superior to the others. It was my first time going in and ordering. The employees were nice and cheerful. You don’t see that often and the food was good. One star deducted because the fries didn’t seem fresh fresh.

Worst thing they ever did was add a second drive thru line. You always have to pull to the side no matter what you order. If you can't keep up take out one line

You’re better off going to the McDonald’s in Batavia or Anderson. This location or horribly operated. There is no management for this place whatsoever. They never get your order right and IF BY THE GRACE OF GOD they do get it right, they make you pull forward and have you wait 10-15 minutes while they serve 5-10 other people. Report them every time they ask you to pull forward. They do it to make their drive thru times look faster than they are. This place is absolute garbage.
