It is 7:19pm. I got my son a deluxe with and extra deluxe sandwich with large sweet tea. The guy doing the drive through with tattoos all over his face and arms, put on the there that I wanted a spicy deluxe. I never asked for that I told him 5 times that I do not want spicy. He wasn't listening until the last time I said something. He switched it to a regular deluxe. He was very rude and cut me off while I was talking and told me that my words were getting mixed up. And I can not call and complain about the situation because Mc Donald's sucks. They will not fix the problem.
Out of the 6 or 7 McDonald’s within a 10-15 mile radius of this one. This one is by far superior to the others. It was my first time going in and ordering. The employees were nice and cheerful. You don’t see that often and the food was good. One star deducted because the fries didn’t seem fresh fresh.

You’re better off going to the McDonald’s in Batavia or Anderson. This location or horribly operated. There is no management for this place whatsoever. They never get your order right and IF BY THE GRACE OF GOD they do get it right, they make you pull forward and have you wait 10-15 minutes while they serve 5-10 other people. Report them every time they ask you to pull forward. They do it to make their drive thru times look faster than they are. This place is absolute garbage.

I just pulled in the drive thru at 8 and it is 9 and I am still in line to get my food 💀 just don’t come here lol you’ll save time going to a different one fr.
This review is just for my experience this evening. I did a mobile pickup for dinner I had 5 items and 3 drinks. I sat in that line for over 1 hour before I had to just give up and leave because I had a 4 year old in my car that had to use the restroom and my senior dog needed her medicine.
I should have known when it took 20 minutes to move a single spot and I pulled right up to the speaker box too, it wasn't a long line. I have no idea why it was taking as long as it did, but it was ridiculous.
When I pulled up to the second window to get my order they repeated an order that wasn't mine, so I politely said no that's not me. Im assuming thats because at least 3 cars left the line ahead of me, they got tired of waiting. The man at the window asked what I ordered and I told him the order, gave him the mobile code, and also told him my name on the order. He had no idea. He walked away from the window and then proceeded to throw away 5 drinks he had lined up at the window and 3 bags of food, I have no idea why. I'm assuming it was the orders of the people ahead of me that left. He then came back to the window and told me to go to the 2nd pick up window, where I sat for another 20 minutes before I just gave up.
What really frustrated me is that I ordered this all on the app and there is no way to request a refund, so I have to call them, which is fine, but again it's the fact I sat there for over an hour and not a single explanation or sorry for the poor service. I hadn't ordered McDonald's in a long time because of poor service before so I guess shame on me for thinking this would be ok now. If I could rate this a 0 I would since I didn't even get my order and I haven't been able to get a refund yet either.

I’ve tried this McDonald’s many times and each time I ask why even try the order is always wrong takes a really long time to get the wrong food and the quality is not good tonight I went through the drive and ordered my food took forever for them to even take my payment then waited forever for my food then when I get my food my burger is wrong so went back through and they fixed it get home fries are cold my burger they fixed tasted funny so I didn’t eat i my wife’s burger had so much sauce on it it was crazy and the sweet tea tasted like liquid medicine would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone

On November 10th at 4:00 I went in made my order didn't start getting my order until 4:24 and of course it was wrong all of it then to top it off the dope fine behind the counter is telling me o well and telling me he Don have to make it rite anyways if I was u or ur family I would never eat there again and it's a Lil funny how they make it to where u can't see them make ur food anymore my order was 761
