They forget everything, from fries, to sauces - undercooked nuggets. I recently had a DoorDash order with 2 missing drinks, no sauce for 20 nuggets. Boycott this franchise so corporate buys them out.

The hours are not true? As I’ve seen from other reviews it hasn’t been open past 9:30 pm on weekdays. What is the point of putting false hours. You guys are already bottom of the barrel, the least you could do is get the hours right.
Can't keep a 3rd shift crew so as of right now they do not do 24/7April 8th 2023 update: they still cannot keep a night crew and usually close at 9:30 pm despite the hours saying they close at 11pmMarch 21st 2024 update: Literally forgot they pulled me to to the 3rd window for one single mocha frappe lol, waited in total a solid 15 minutes for it after waiting an additional 5 minutes after reminding them I was there. It still seems they close at about 9:00pm to 9:30pm on the weekdays despite search saying they are 24/7 everyday, meanwhile they actually are open 24/7 Friday-sunday (most the time)

Apparently the crew doesn't know how to read an order receipt!! We ordered door dash!! The last 3 times we've ordered we've been missing items. Maybe the crew members should be properly retained on how to read the orders!!!! Done... I'm done with this store. I'll drive out of my way from now on our order from a different location.

Went through drive through with mobile code it still took them over 5 minutes to make frappes of which they made the wrong ones not once but twice, definitely not personable very snotty and unprofessional.
