Easily the best McDonald's I've been to. Super nice and food is always hot and fresh. I thought I just got lucky a couple times, but it's always good at least in my experience. Love coming here when I do.

I used to really enjoy their iced lattes, but I think they’ve changed the recipe. Almost anytime I get one now, it’s basically straight milk with no coffee in it. I asked to do half cream, but unfortunately, they can’t do that.

Was trying to order in the drive thru as I'm ordering the guy was rude the female young manager as she said jumped on the speaker we got it we got it anything else like no u only got one part of my order can I finish ordering but no they kept cutting me off didn't get to order all my kids food so I went in to speak to a manager the Lil girl again so rude I told her like if u guys would let someone finish ordering instead of putting down the wrong stuff she got mad said I couldn't order the rest of my kids food so I will be calling to make a complaint that is rude disrespectful just because ur a manager dont mean u can treat ppl any way u want

Unbelievably slow service. Most unfriendly too. Only good thing was that the ice cream machine wasn't broken.

I'm kind of mad y'all couldn't even hold onto my order when I literally ordered is way ahead of time, and then y'all threw it away before I could even pick it up, all because the breakfast hour was done, like I don't care, I ordered my food 20 minutes before it was done and you guys threw it away, like no, that's just foul, and I'm sorry that I dont want your nasty lunch food. Yeah no, McDonald's is a joke.

If any McDonalds deserves a Michellin Star it would be the Cleves, OH store. Perfect ice coffees, fluffy (yet crispy) fries and hashbrowns, the coldest cokes, and the meatiest hamburgers. The cleves McDonalds never does me wrong. If I had to provide one criticism, it would be to not acknowledge me and remind me when I've been through the drive thru for the 3rd time in one day.
