Order food on my appendix and pick up order at drive thru this pass Saturday and had 2 orders and young rude kid working window handing food out call me names and threw ketchup at me and hit my face just for asking for straws and talked to manager that was watching everything and she didn't do anything WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to drive thru…said “please wait” no one ever came back on. Parked, went in and kiosks are all down. One person visible is packing to go bags. Wait and wait, she yells at the back “can someone come help me” someone shouts back but no one comes. Finally takes my order and I am still waiting. If my autistic some would eat any other food I’d been gone by now. Send help here McDonalds HQ. Worker said the others went home and that no new people come for an hour.

I would have thought that when you order table service, you get your food delivered to your table. Apparently that's not the case at this McDonald's. That seems a little deceiving to me but it is McDonald's!

Today, the food was relatively hot (except for the chicken nuggets). Those with hamburgers said all was good. The fries were warm. The lady in the dining room was the nicest person. She talked to us and to the kids and helped get us a high chair. I wish I got her name to say thank you!

I went through the drive thru and ordered six nuggets. Opened the nuggets they were old and barely warm. Went inside and asked for freshly made nuggets. When I opened my nuggets they smelled burnt and they were very greasy. Instead of making fresh nuggets they dipped them in the fryer!

Its crazy to me that people still go to mcdonalds. Its like eating out the trash imo. I think its more rare to have a good experience then not. I now except for something to go wrong when going to trash donalds.

This place should get 0 stars, I ordered an online order to be picked up in store but like the other location on the same street (Colerain ave.) the door was closed at 8pm so I had to go through the drive thru that took me little more than 30 minutes just to get to the speaker to heard all the drama inside the store and that it will be a minute for my order the I had paid already, I pulled out to the window where there was two more car waiting another 10 minutes waiting in the end I left to cross the street to Chick fil A, it took me not even 5 minutes to get my food, so if you were over $12 now you know why, this sucks McDonalds I’m not taking my money to you for a very long time, sadly this doesn’t get to the right person, so if somebody knows who we can contact more directly let’s know in here please!

Today i came through the drive-thru and order two number two meals was overcharged so I spoke to the person at the window and told them this is what I'd like and he turned around and cursed at me using the f word and when I asked him did he say that he said Yes I did I asked to speak to the manager and this happened to be the manager he did not give me his name but I would like something done about this please and they do not have a number where I can contact them at
