After waiting 15 minutes for my order to be ready, it was great to know that the kiosk didn't even register my order, and I'd have to wait an additional 15 minutes. (I went next door to taco bell where I didn't have to wait & it was great)

I Sat In The Drive-Thru For 15 Minutes And Never Got Waited On, They Answered Me And Said Hold On A Minute. When I Drove Off They Start Waiting On People,The Lady To My Was There Before Don't Know How Long She Was There. This Happened At The Northgate McDonald.

Should not be listed as 24/7. The employees ignore you. This has happened several times. Some people work 3rd and need access to food since grocery stores are no longer 24/7.
I like this place but cost a little more than other but it is worth it.sometimes it might smell but then they clean. Ok atmosphere nothing really showed pazaz. They had a straight face the whole time. Customer privilege is a thing here. Cashier was Hispanic and the customer in front of me was Hispanic so they got free food but she wouldn't do the same for next people in line. Racist or discrimination?
