I ordered a mc chicken and a small fry and when they gave me my sandwich it was a fish on my chicken sound which very unprofessional arguing right in front of multiple customers and they gave me a small fry and I got charged for a medium and they took forever getting food and oh they was not wearing gloves why handling peoples food very unsanitary

Awful staff. Worst attitudes ever. Petty managers and behaviors. They lied on my name and said I tried to serve raw fries while high on drugs. Then, after being fired for being homeless, i asked for a meal out of my check, and my GM tried to fight me. Literally. This location needs a good demolition and rebuild. MAYBE LIKE A TACO BELL LMAO.

Had to wait in a packed, rarely moving drive-thru after I walked in the store and was turned away because the dining room was closed. They locked the door behind me. It was just coming up on 9pm. Furthermore, after waiting, trapped in the inner line, for half an hour to order, I was told to pull forward and wait until they brought the order out. I waited another 20 minutes as customer after customer behind me was given their food and left. This is common operation of business at this location. WORST MCDONALD'S IN CINCINNATI/ TRI-STATE AREA. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
