The food was edible but fries old n tasted reheated. The order was correct which was a plus. The sweet tea was watery as if it had been sitting in ice on a counter.
Drive thru attendant took 6 minutes to take the order -- keep saying i will be with you shortly. But appeared understaffed.

shut this place down immediately. they close the inside several hours before they're supposed to and drive through service is trash and found crap on the bathroom floor. worst food place ever and terrible workers ive ever seen

Places an online order, when I went to pick it up the drive thru wasn't moving and there was nobody working the front countr. I waited 10 minutes then gave up. They didn't refund my money and they told me they would mail me a gift card and they didn't do that either. This was the 2nd and last time I have had issues with this McDonald's.

I will never stop at this location again. There is zero workers her or at the north college Hill location. I tried 3 nights to get food and it is more then 5mnts a customer to get someone to take a order. I personally am done. Go to these locations and find out for your self

After a hectic morning and going to work. I decided I had time to get a quick smoothie from McDonald’s. I swing by and they sadly are out of smoothies so I get an orange juice and a breakfast sandwich. The rough and annoying morning seems to continue. As I am at the second window. Although the guy at the second window seemed to brighten my day! He was so nice and seemed to not be aggravated with questions like the lady at the first window but seemed to be happy to help. I appreciate workers that are willing to make their job no matter what and approach it in a way that can cause joy and happiness to those they interact with.

I sat in the drive through only July 25th for 10 minutes at the speaker. Someone finally said the drive through is closed and any orders need to come inside. It was a good couple minutes passed 10:30 so I just canceled my breakfast order I made on the app. I will be avoiding this location at all costs now. Y’all wasted my time and now I can’t get breakfast anywhere else. Thanks.

maybe make that known considering you have posters hung up on every side of the store advertising these.

I have been practicing bringing my daughter with autism inside restaurants so i went here after the lunch rush to get happy meals since she likes the lil toys. She did great at first then started stressing out. The manager lady who took our order was so helpful and friendly. If everyone was like her this world would be a better place! Our food was hot and up quick. All around a great experience for ppl who it’s not so easy to simply go to a restaurant. We had many negative experiences with employees places when in reality we are trying to teach our daughter with autism how to join in the world. Not sure of the ladies name but forever thankful!
