Oooooookay, my drive thru order was 2 fish sandwiches with NO CHEESE, pull up pay, next window grab your food and the worker repeat the order while handing over the food, I check the receipt on my boxes and it say NO AMERICAN CHEESE. Annnnnnyway I get alllll the way home, and you guessed it both sandwiches have cheese on them. Sooooo I go back inside of course guy at register spending more time trying to rap to a veeeery young girl waaaay outta his league, annnnnnyway he sees my bag and says I didn't cook it Oooooookay I tell him the problem he had to repeat the issue with the order over 5 YES 5 times whereas the other employees had to join in and say NO CHEESE. I'm waiting for the sandwiches, he gives me the sandwiches I checked before walking away, and yes y'all guessed it something else wasn't right. This time no tartar sauce so here we go again him and other employees shouting back and forth NO CHEESE as nothing to do with tartar sauce on the fish sandwiches. I got the new sandwiches, got alllllllll the way home opened the carton and the 2 fish sandwiches had tartar sauce, but I guess the employees thought it was funny to flood the sandwiches and box with tartar sauce. I took pictures to share on social media annnnnd to post on the store PHOTOS, so take a look at what employees think is funny or being ignorant when it comes your high priced food. Don't forget look at the photos I post, because everyone knows McDonald's NEEEEEVER put loads of tartar sauce on the fish sandwiches. A picture is worth a thousand words. I waited more than 20 minutes in drive thru just to order. None of them was wearing hairnets. Just bc it’s not yall family owned business doesn’t mean yall can slack off. Y’all get paid of every second you’re in there. And lastly, stop saying anything else a thousand times it’s so annoying.

McDonald's was absolutely divine when I was a child. Now that I am an adult McDonald's is very overrated. I went to the colerain and galbraith's location. The service was fine but the food itself I had a spicy chicken sandwich. I don't consider a sandwich with spicy sauce on the chicken, a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. It was absolutely horrible in my eyes. I'm just being honest it had a sauce on there. It was spicy but the chicken itself was not spicy. I had never had it because I buy past McDonald's all the time. The only reason I stopped by here is because Wendy's system was down and I love their spicy chicken. It is amazing but again the staff took my order. The young lady was amazing. Very polite and kind but the food is itself. The product is not a great product but who am I? I'm just one out of a million!

I came through the drive thru tonight and ordered 2 double Big Macs and a large Fry and got home it was a Double Quarter Pounder add Tomato and a Large Fry I get home noticed it was wrong and called 5 times and busy get a busy signal. I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous I hate checking my food at the line because I don't like holding up lines but I guess that's what I'll do from here on out.
If you read any reviews read this one. They put Mac sauce on my mcchicken, they have given me food that is hardly cooked, the food itself always tastes old. Don’t waste your money or time. The staff are nice who check you out but the food is just always awful. The fact that they knew they messed up my order but gave it to me anyway is embarrassing. They should be embarrassed.

We come to this McDonald’s a lot! The drive thru is super fast and the order is most of the time correct. The food is always fresh and hot. The inside of the restaurant (when it’s open) is always neat and clean.The employees could definitely step it up on customer service… I feel like the am employees are more polite than the pm employees. It’s like, when you hand me my food- and I say thank you- SAY YOU’RE WELCOME! It’s really not that hard! Customer service keeps me from giving this McDonald’s 4 or 5 stars!
