It was a late night run to get a snack from McDonald's two separate orders My daughter had her order and then I had mine which was a deal on the app buy it cheeseburger get a six-piece nuggets for free We asked for our specific sauces we wanted which was two ranch and a buffalo sauce The gentleman repeated it back to us but he was not friendly at all and when he took our payments we told him to have a nice day and he just looked at us and turned around and walked away then we pull up to the next window and there is a woman with a scarf around her head who had more attitude than 16 teenagers at a Taylor Swift concert We looked in the bag with the nuggets and there was one barbecue sauce which we did not order We asked for the correct sausage that we ordered which should have came with a sauce and we would have to pay for two when we told her we got the wrong sausage she goes well that's not what was on my screen and I mean her head was bobbing I'm surprised she didn't get whiplash that's how much attitude she had and instead of saying oh I'm sorry let me replace that for you she wanted to be argumentative I mean very argumentative so she ends up charging us for all three sauces when we should have gotten one with the six piece nuggets No need arguing with somebody that has a tongue of a wildebeest We paid we left we got home the food was atrocious The nuggets were hard and like day old and the burger was so cold the cheese look like it had just been placed on there there was no melting to it no nothing it was disgusting can't need it. So between the attitude of the person taking the order the person giving the order the person who overcharged us for some saws with a side of attitude which we didn't ask for and then to get home and the food was worse than both of those two put together I would not recommend ever going to this McDonald's and I actually had to go inside the gas station to get a bag of ice and they had signs up about theft and teenagers coming in and destroying public property and fighting so obviously they don't have their restaurant under control and I don't know it just didn't seem like a very safe environment I would not feed the food that they served us to stray animals because they deserve better than that that's how bad the food was So if you're eating here you're eating at your own risk I wasted money My daughter wasted money and it was not worth having some people talk to us like we were garbage no customer service skills in any way shape or form I've been a manager in a restaurant I've owned my own business I know how to do customer service and I know how to train employees to do customer service the correct way not sit there and argue with them well that's not what's on my screen thinking that maybe the other employee made a mistake so again eat here at your own risk and if you do and you get sick or you get attitude problems from the employees that's on you If I could give these people negative 1 billion stars I would also not affiliated but the person that was working the gas station who sold me my ice walked away after I scanned my card and told me I have while he grabbed his phone to get on it and start texting somebody goes just grab your receipt off the register who does that who is running this store with a gas station attendant and McDonald's employees that have absolutely no personality no customer service skills and no human decency about them. This place should be shut down and everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves.
Kid-friendliness: You would be a horrible parent to bring your children to this McDonald's not only do you risk giving them food poisoning but you expose them to a unclean unfriendly work staff and restaurant and they don't deserve to be exposed to people with attitudes like they had
Wheelchair accessibility: The way this place was gated up because of theft and destruction of public property from teenagers it'

Ticket number 1328 at 6:39 PM came through for a big Mac Mail and two frappe and was told they are not serving frappe‘s right now. I asked at the window if they just didn’t feel like it because they’re busy and the guy said they just told me to stop serving them right now. So the answer to that is obviously yes. I wonder how many frappe y’all didn’t sell today or profit off because they don’t feel like it.

I don't know who's putting the food together but I'm tired of never getting my order right. I ordered 2 filet of fish one with no cheese. The box is labeled no cheese but when I opened it out didn't have tartar sauce and the cheese was on literally half the sandwich. At this point fire everyone and put in robots!!

Food was so horribly prepared I didn't even enjoy it but I had to endure it because I'm on the road and work 3rd. I should've known yesterday this place was suspect by the way I heard the employees get smart with the customer while I was behind her in service through . Today was no different, employees didn't act like they wanted to be there. Young gentleman at the window was ok but 2nd window not so much. The lady wasn't pleasant and food was so badly burnt and stale I tore most of the edges off in hopes that it would taste better. Years ago this place was suspect but it wasn't as bad as it is now. I guess good help is hard to find . This is very disturbing. If you need breakfast and you're in the North college Hill area, please avoid this McDonald's at all cost.
