This is like the 20th time I've been through the drive-thru at this McDonald's and everybody in the Drive-Thru is lined up waiting and they're not taking orders. And then when you pull away there's nobody in the Drive-Thru that makes it busy so the fact that they don't take orders or anything it's a little ridiculous it's the last time I'll stop at that McDonald's had to be quite frankly honest is a lot of the Cincinnati McDonald's.

The food was good, but I find the drive-thru a bit frustrating. Drivers coming from Hamilton Avenue often don’t stop when you enter from Galbraith, which makes it chaotic with so many cars moving due to the busy street and the nearby gas station. I would love to see you move into the old Frisch's spot.

It was like 3:30 in the morning my son and I had just left the emergency room. The staff was super friendly and honestly it was one of the best McDonalds cheese burgers I've had.
I have ordered DoorDash from here via the McDonald’s app a few times, as it was the only option. I don’t think they’ve gotten a single order right in 4+ attempts. Don’t spend your money here, especially in an app order. They don’t care. They won’t care. You’re better off at any other local McDs.

Slowest mcdonalds, employees flat out don't care about anything but drive thru. Sitting & waiting 20+ on a large frappe, just to get it & it doesn't have the oreo I paid extra for in it...
