I ordered a 5.00 Mc Double meal plus an extra 4pc mcnugget in the drive thru at 0330am. Not only did they not listen by taking the wrong order but the cook made a naked double cheeseburger. I called and it rang 25+ times. No answer. Ugh. I was home when I noticed it. This place gets an F!!! Btw this is my ketchup.

The Dent location is usually open all night.. one of the only places that are these days.. dumb right..? geez.. covid messed up that.. so i suppose there was.. and still is🙄 a higher chance of catching it after 10 pm.. That’s the only good thing about this mcDonalds. Check your bag bf you pull out. there’s always something missing. and the sewer grate is right under ya while you are waiting in the drive thru line.. waiting, waiting, waiting

Tonight I placed an order online for curbside pickup. I got there, parked in spot number 1 and the App said my order was almost ready. I had a couple of different girls walk out with bags of food, asking me what I ordered and none of them were my order. Meanwhile, there were about 6 - 8 kids running in and out of the restaurant. At one point there was a girl that opened the door on the drive through side and threw a pop at another one of the kids. One of them had like a toy machine gun or something chasing kids in and out of the store, they were acting all crazy, out of control, I can't believe neither McDonald's or Shell did not tell them to leave. After 25 minutes, I had to walk inside to get my food myself. Some of the staff were in there cussing at each other with customers in the store. I just don't know what it is with young people these days that they think that is acceptable and appropriate. It isn't. They finally found my food and of course it had been sitting, getting cold for over 25 minutes. The one staff member did get me fresh french fries, apologized for the service and gave me some apple pies to make up for the bad service. I have honestly never had this problem while doing a curbside pickup at this location. Service is typically just fine. It was disappointing tonight.
