My Qtr pounder and my other sandwich was raw and cold you try to call the store to talk to someone and they don't pick up when you spend over 21 dollars for food you would like for it to be cooked since they won't pick up their phone guess I'm out of the money and the food I have to throw away I will tell you this I will not be going back to this place and it doesn't deserve any stars

i had a mobil order. i pulled up to the window saying i had a mobil order waited in line for about 20 minutes for her to say they weren’t taking mobil orders bc they only have cash. i ask how i get my fund and she says through the app. i go through the app and its telling me i have to go back the store and now they aren’t answering their phone. i have yet to get my food or my refun. 0/10

This McDonald's has the utmost smoothest running team that I've seen in the Cincinnati area. I drive delivery orders, and I encounter a lot of McDonald's. I wish I could pick up all my orders from this one.

Super slow and rude service unless you were one of there little friends hanging out ordered thru the app twice trying to save time but nooo first time pulled forward for a big Mac extra onion only thing on order took 10 minutes to recieve my food after pulling forward the second time only thing ordered was a sugar free vanilla iced coffee pulled to the window to pickup hasn't even been started yet then recieved a caramel iced coffee even though when they handed it out I simplicity ask this is a sugar free vanilla coffee right and was told yes. Dropped off to wife and after leaving she calls me to ask why I got her caramel instead of her usual sugar free vanillaThis place is a joke and the management can care less my advice avoid and go elsewhere

The McDonald's had both lines in the drive thru wrapped around the building. Then walking inside was a bigger nightmare, long lines, employees just standing around in their cell phones. I felt ignored and like I was a inconvenience to the employees. Finally get my food, unfortunately it was cold and bun hard around edges! Terrible service, terrible food, and atmosphere well they were pan handlers aggressively stopping customers

McDoodoo's. Some of the younger employees are rude, mouthy and lazy. Managers there don't have great leadership skills and the Manager, black lady, makes excuses for her staff bad behavior while dealing w the public when she was informed about this matter.

I was there back in June 2023. Not only was my food cold, but there was a long hair in my burger that was 2 tone color blonde and maroon. This place is disgusting!!!
