Ordered lunch about 30 minutes after they started, half of my order was wrong, fries were cold, and just dumped in the bag. Called back to let them know, and my only response was “well we just started lunch so I know your fries aren’t cold.” Absolutely rude when I was at the restaurant picking up my food, young woman at the drive through didn’t speak a word to me even after I said thank you multiple times when she handed out my food. Overall completely rude service.

I had a very strange experience on April 2nd 2025 around 9:15 pm, I dine inside with my 2 children because that seems to be the only way to get a decent large fry for nearly $4, and I was the only one there at the time, and I ordered 3 McCracken with 3 large fries with no salt and 3 waters, then the cashier never gave me receipt because she said the receipt machine was down in the front, then I waited standing for about 20 minutes and received our food at about 9:38 pm when the dining close at 10 pmmin, and me and my kids sat with with no water, I then tried so hard to get some attention to get cups for water and it took awhile, I finally got some cups and got water. Our food was not fresh at all but we had a hard time trying to get some attention, so we ate it with dissatisfaction and the fries still isn't a decent advertising size. We finished trying to eat before closing, then as we ordered smoothies to go, we waited and waited for a cashier, Claudia I believe is her name with no name tags on anyone said she can help with fresh fries and that she was the only working, I understood and ask for a credit and she changed her mind when a guy from the back walked up speaking Spanish. . So when me and my kids left, we've experienced stomach aches and massive gas and heart burns and I had to make tea to settleour stomachs. I then called Marsadee and she said she is the Manger and she will talk to her gm and call me back to find out what happened and what to do, I never received a call back. I had a terrible experience with my kids at this location after we left the library feeling hungry and thought this locations was a good choice and I was wrong. No One has any compassion here! And that's our experience!

An adult is required at this location ASAP. The children working the counter at this location are typically on the ball. Unfortunately, this morning (11/27/24) they spent the majority of their time ignoring the customer rather than pitching in with teamwork to resolve a discrepancy.
Ordered online and got part of my order and when I went through the drive thru again to get it. I found that my double quarter pounder was only a single. Legit it's too expensive to miss that much of my order. The people were nice but Accountability was so bad.

The line stalled, I waited ten minutes from when I paid until I got to the window and they were just asking cars to park. There was seven cars already waiting I said I just leave and they said "good' and closed the window. No refund no offer no explanation. They were lost in the weeds.
