There was an issue with the mobile app - I put in an order and went inside to pick it up. I stood at the pick up counter for ten minutes. I didn’t see my order number on the screen so after the ten minutes of waiting and being ignored I asked the manager for help. I showed her my online receipt and the app which was having issues. She said “we didn’t get your order we don’t have it” and refused to refund my money or give me my food. The purchase was already coming out of my bank account. I had an email receipt .
I believe the manager on duty did not handle the situation well and when I reached out to corporate to get my money back they told me “there was nothing they could do and to reach out to the store”
What I will do is tell everyone not to use the mobile app anymore, that this is actually the second time that this same situation has happened. Sure it was only 8 bucks but if you guys did this to me how many other people would you have done this to? I have to assume she thought I was trying to get free food but I had literally receipts and she refused to assist me, corporate refuses to help so I refuse to spend my money with you

Although prices are going up (aren't they everywhere?), we are able to soften that blow by using the App and ordering specials, or using points earned from earlier purchases. The App is great, and we can just find a seat instead of getting in line

This McD is one of my favorite places to have breakfast, read some Bible devotions, and generally relax. The workers have a great attitude and are very welcoming. It is also one of the cleanest McDs I have been in. I love using the app to order my b-fast since it always saves me ~$2 and sometimes I even get a free breakfast biscuit sandwich!
