I mean it's McDonald's, so the bar is pretty low. But it was clear one of the two drive-thru lines was not working. Multiple people tried to bring it up and it is clear the manager has not offered his staff any means for escalating problems. The entire crew just seemed confused. When you see a well-managed fast food restaurant, you realize how unnecessary this is. The staff were nice though.

The employees were very polite however I ordered a very basic meal one cheeseburger one french fry one Coke through the mobile app ahead of time. It took them three separate times to give me the right order when I finally got it the drink was wrong.
They said they couldn’t find my order in the system. When I showed the email, she asked like “is that a screenshot” even though I am showing the email and said “is that your phone”? When I asked again she said like “are you OK?” in a -ve way that offended me. There is no minimal of respect and customer service. I never had such kind of experience in any McD. This is a pathetic McD branch. The entire treatment was like I am trying to cheat them for a mistake in their system. It is pathetic and embarrassing.
