I’ve never ordered from any other McDonalds on my mobile app. They said they couldn’t find my order and kept repeating back my order number incorrectly. I offered to physically show them the order number since there was a listening/language barrier. They said no?! I then just offered to reorder through the speaker and they said I couldn’t do that either, I had to come inside. It was the most bizarre interaction and I never received my food or order. I guess I’m out $9 but I will also never be back at this location again after that, so they lost out on a lot more. This idea that you are supposed to pay money and not receive what you paid for and also not receive the most minimal of respect and customer service is why I’m stopping all visits to this place. It’s over priced, nutritionally empty, and an actual scam.

Big Mac bone was so hard almost broke my tooth on it everything was cold fries were overcooked I could have threw my Big Mac up against the wall and probably would have put a hole in it as much as my kids love McDonald's This is it This is it You will get no more my money there's no reason for my sandwich to be hard as a rock double cheeseburgers hard fries hard only thing that was decent was the orange high sea other than that y'all get a complete f

Order through the drive thru they had me drive around then sit on the side of the building for 15+ minutes I order a cheese burger n a small fry
