The service was extremely slow. There was only 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru, but we were both told to drive around to a waiting zone for our food. There were only 3 cars parked on the lot. I only ordered a number 1, and it took approximately 10 minutes to get my food. The French fries and big mac were lukewarm. There didn't appear to be any reason for the delayed service and definitely no good reason to service old food.

Plain means no lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, tomatoes, or mustard. Every time I ask for a plain sandwich, I end up taking it back because the workers think plain means extra cheese. The people at the windows and counters are always very nice about the return. Some even direct the "cooks" personally on remaking the sandwich.
