My client and I went because we thought it open because of the number of cars in the drive through. We get to the speakers and the auto greeter comes on, and I say no the question of rewards or not. That's ALL I HEARD FOR THE NEXT TWENTY MINUTES!! There were people inside the store no one got any food! SOMEONE COULD HAVE LET THE PUBLIC KNOW " WE'RE NOT SERVING FOOD!

I usually come here and it’s a decent experience but tn I waited 20 minutes for curbside and watched literally everyone else including other curbsides get serviced before me. Food is cold. Mind you all I got was a small fry and a Big Mac. I don’t think I would’ve got it if I never yelled out the window for it. Who knows how long it sat completely disregarded? Everybody seemed angry. Like I get it I worked in food for 5 years but then again this is a McDonalds so it’s unsurprising that nobody cares. Management must be terrible.

Every single time I go here I wait 10-15 minutes just for someone to acknowledge the drive thru. And they only get my order right 40% of the time.

Placed a mobile order was told I couldn't get my food because I didn't check in, I tried to explain that it would not let me check in on the app. The manager lady in the blue button down shirt who wasn't wearing a name tag was beyond disrespectful and rude. I was told I'd get a refund issued in 24 hours.

Third time coming back hoping they would get themselves together but apparently not, I asked for three sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and got no egg or cheese on all of them, the only thing that they can only get right is the drink, who ever the manager is needs to pick better employees who actually wants to work in the food industry not half ass around and needs to be fired, and the woman who takes the orders in the drive thru can just leave no one is keeping her hostage but herself since she wants to give everyone a attitude for no reason.

My wife’s in there made an order like 20 minutes ago and she still in the store but the drive-through going fast and make things worst the worker threw our food at my wife then I decided call manager some one answer say she was manger and then told me to wait then hangs up on me and so I’m going call business bureau just terrible never again

Absolute horrid experience. Went through the drive thru, was skipped over twice by the other side. The order taker was extremely rude trying to rush take my order and put down that I wanted no sauce instead of the 2 bbq I requested. I got to the window to pickup my food. I ordered a sweet tea, they gave me unsweet. Had to reiterate that I wanted 2 bbq sauces. Checked my bag, the 2 pumpkin pies I ordered werent in there. I reccommend firing everyone from that shift and starting from scratch. The service was nice after your refurb, interesting how quick it took to gking back to shitty service.

Lady at the drive thru window was rude and gave wrong drinks with no straws. When we got our food it was wrong as well. Once I went inside to get the food remade and told them what was wrong, I received the same exact food no changes. I know it’s fast food but I expect at the very least for the order to be right, especially if it’s right on the receipt
