Love thos McDonalds next to Valvoline on Glenway in Cheviot. The people there are so friemdly and they are actually fast there.

I cannot believe how poorly run this McDonald’s is! I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR AN ORDER I NEVER RECEIVED!!!! I went through the drive-thru for breakfast, gave them my app code for a discount, placed my order, saw it correctly displayed on the screen, and even had the woman confirm it. Yet when I pulled up to the window, the employee looked completely lost, holding a handful of receipts and asking me what my order was—claiming they had “no record” of it.
She offered to re-enter it manually but then told me my discount code couldn’t be applied since I had already used it. At that point I gave up and left, figuring at least I wouldn’t be charged. WRONG. When I got home, I saw that my card had already been charged for food I NEVER received.
I immediately drove back to the store and spoke to the manager, but instead of apologizing or fixing it, I was told they couldn’t do anything without a receipt. How exactly am I supposed to have a receipt when the store is saying they never had my order in the first place? The logic is absurd, and the customer service is nonexistent.
This location has proven to be careless, disorganized, and completely unaccountable. If you don’t want to risk being charged for food you’ll never see, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

I went through the drive thru after getting my kids from school. I placed our order and the line was quick. We got 3 happy meals with 2 different toys so the kids were happy to not get the same thing.

Very rude and mean morning crew, won’t come to this one again they are more worried about there drive thru than the counter been wait for 15 minutes.
I wish I could review a negative. From not receiving my food to abhorrent employee behavior! Corporate shut this location down. Not one employee deserves to be employed. And everyone deserves a job but if this is what McDonald’s stands behind in customer service then McDonald’s in a whole should just quit too. Pity people think they can treat other people in this manner.

I visited this McDonald’s yesterday in the drive-thru. After I gave my order, I asked if my meal was large and the lady taking my order said, “no, you didn’t say large.” Except that I had said large the first time I gave my order, then she had me repeat it, and then I asked to clarify. Her tone of voice when she told me I hadn’t said large was very unprofessional, especially given the fact that she made me repeat my order (so presumably did not get the order the first time) and nothing was showing on the screen. Her response to my question was not what I would consider good customer service and I did politely correct her by saying “I did say large.” My tone did not match hers, but I did politely correct her. The rest of my interaction with her was unpleasant, which was confusing because, again, all I had done was ask if my meal was large and then politely respond to her incorrect statement. After we received our order, I was asked to pull forward to wait for a drink. The lady who came out to give it to me just stared at me and continued to stare even after I said thank you, but never responded to me. It was very uncomfortable and I am making an assumption that this was the same woman who took my order. I understand that these places get busy and it’s hard to keep up with it all but it seems like customer service is dead.
If I could give this location negative stars I would. They have the worst customer service of any fast food restaurant on Glenway. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food 10 minutes later the window opens up, food is handed out. Not a word from the employee, I had to ask about my sweet tea they forgot, not a word and the window shuts. Not sure if I am getting my drink or not. Thirty seconds later the window opens the drink is handed out. Again not a word from the employee the window shuts. A apology for the long wait or sorry about the drink, some king of an acknowledgment would be nice. This is unfortunate not the first time I have had this happen. Last time I will visit this location.

Rudest employee I've ever dealt with at a fast food joint. The woman on the headset should not be near customers, or you'll be receiving more complaints. I understand being stressed because you're busy, but someone needs to explain customer service to her! The gentleman taking money apologized for her behavior and was very professional, boosting my score from 1 star to three.
Workers can't count always pulling people up just to Jessup their orders demolish this establishment not a single one deserves a paycheck
Last 2 times you have got my order wrong added egg said no egg ordered biscuit and sausage and only got a non cut biscuit won't be back
My client and I went because we thought it open because of the number of cars in the drive through. We get to the speakers and the auto greeter comes on, and I say no the question of rewards or not. That's ALL I HEARD FOR THE NEXT TWENTY MINUTES!! There were people inside the store no one got any food! SOMEONE COULD HAVE LET THE PUBLIC KNOW " WE'RE NOT SERVING FOOD!
I usually come here and it’s a decent experience but tn I waited 20 minutes for curbside and watched literally everyone else including other curbsides get serviced before me. Food is cold. Mind you all I got was a small fry and a Big Mac. I don’t think I would’ve got it if I never yelled out the window for it. Who knows how long it sat completely disregarded? Everybody seemed angry. Like I get it I worked in food for 5 years but then again this is a McDonalds so it’s unsurprising that nobody cares. Management must be terrible.
