Food was good. Hot and fresh service was fast and friendly. Inside was nice and clean and well kept. This is one of the better McDonald's in my opinion
WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION? This used to be the best McDonald's around with the best staff, I gave it 5 stars. Tonight was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. I won't go into the details but for no fault of my own the cashier began screaming at me and said it was my fault my online order didn't go through on her end correctly because I ordered shakes too late and I should have known it was too late because they have to clean the machine. Mind you the app took my order and charged my card. She was clearly in some kind of rage probably built up from complaining customers all day. She even turned around and yelled at her co-workers using the F word. I stayed calm and tried to work things out but left feeling like I was just emotionally abused. Suffice it to say I received only part of my order and the sandwich was horrible and fries were cold. Service here recently has been slow and orders not correct. I do not know if I will return to this location. Fast food should not be a traumatic experience.

Pulled up to the drive thru and everything on the menu was crossed out and next to it I said coming soon. No one in the drive thru would explain what's going on so I left. This location also regularly messes my orders up

I had good service but the price for the food is now worth it one bit. I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and the total was $5.38. After I was charged 0.80c for a slice of cheese! Today was the last time I'll ever eat at McDonalds.

My husband and I went to go and try there new "sauscier" Big Mac and Mc Crispy deluxe and it was very disappointing to say the least. The Big Mac was dry had close to no thousand island on it and the bun was very dry and stiff. The Mc Crispy when it come to the chicken it was tough and chewy and it hardly had any mayo on it and the bun was stiff and dry as well. I think the Mc Donald's on delhi and other locations are way better.
