Most of the time when I order food that requires a fork/knife 75% of the time I don't get the utensils to eat it on the go. So it's always an inconvenience to eat. Your live feed on line saying how busy it is, it's bullcrap. I went there and only 1 person in there and no activity. So another inconvenience to drive up there for nothing. Waste of time and gas. I do think the whole place of staff needs to get checked in how to do there job. It seems as they just do as they want instead of what they were trained. A lot of very young people work there. Need better authority to keep they place in line. I've always believed in the manager sets the tone of atmosphere. So if the manager is very lenient then the atmosphere and service is crap. I've worked in fast food and seen how this can happen. McDonald's needs to reevaluate all restaurants they have and fix it. As well fix what people rely on the web site. It's always incorrect. It's not just this location. It's all McDonald's. It's like taking a risk of bull for no good reasons to go to fast food places. To have a good restaurant, it starts from the top. So the top needs to get in gear to fix things.

I placed a mobile order on December 31 at 9:45 PM online. It says that they are open at 11 PM. They’ve already took my money and they refused to make my food because the store was closed but on the app it doesn’t say that the store was closed. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

Sadly, this is still the worst McDonald's in the country. I've never seen a fast food restaurant make it look so difficult. I sat at the drive thru for over 20 minutes without anyone ever speaking to us over the intercom. Again, this is the WORST fast food restaurant of all time. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

everyone working here is so kind, me and my friends come here after school and they kindly awnser us when we ask for water cups, they haven't messed up our orders, the managers here are actually so nice, sometimes when we have like 50 cents off they just pay it for us, and I really appreciate it. I hope the managers get paid well becusse they deserve it.

The whole store should be restaffed and, if it’s franchised, corporate should come in and buy the store back. I place an order 8:30 at night, $50+ in food, and i get literally half the order. According to the stupid mcdonalds app, the only possibility of refund is calling ubereats/doordash..even if you order from the mcdonalds app. Their app has no way of pulling previous order details or receipt. This store already has a reputation of being unbeliveably slow, screwing up orders and cold food. Every time my girlfriend and i went through the drive thru, it was a MINIMUM 10min wait for our food even if we were the only car. It got to the point we stopped going to the drive thru. Every time we have ordered from the store, either at the drive thru, uber eats, doordash or the mcdonalds app our order has been wrong or missing a majority of it. Literally every person i have talked to about this store, has had nothing but bad things to say about the service. This store is a horrid example of customer service.

There are always a bunch of unruly high school kids on top of a bunch of unruly preschool to barely elementary children, and no apparent adult supervision in sight. Getting the staff's attention to place an order is near impossible, let alone trying to bring their attention to an issue in the dining area or play area. Not to mention the place is always disgusting with sticky stuff and wrappers all over the floor and shoved up against any edge or baseboard it can be. I do not even allow my children to play here we go to a nearby park because I feel like they're surely has to be less germs than what I'm looking at inside that play area.

I walked in stood at the register for about 4-5 min the manager looked at me 3 times in those 5 min (the manager was a bald African American man) when looking at me he didn’t speak not one word I understand there’s other people and that they have other things to do as there job but I think that if they see you they should greet you make you feel like they want you there like saying somebody will be with you in just a second sir or anything acknowledging the customer I just think that it’s very rude not to greet your customers and the only reason someone spoke to me is cuz he finished an order and started to walk outside and told a employee for her to take care of me as he’s walking by me I just think they could do a lot better with there customer service that’s all instead of being rude or silent

30 minutes waiting breakfast drive thru this morning to get to the window and the manager (blue shirt) is playing on her phone... embarrassing tbh

** edit** 11/3/24 9:30am the gentleman in the drive through is the sweetest. I used to dread coming to this mcdonalds for breakfast but Uncle Joe has been such a game changer for this establishment! Give that man a raise now!
