Ummm... Y'all? Lol I'm a regular. Never had an issue. I tell everyone how great this location is, recommend it to people. I came through tonight, and ordered my daughter a triple cheeseburger, but I was only wanting 2 patties instead of 3. Trying to make a double cheeseburger meal...I got... A literal CHEESEburger 😂 tons of cheese, no meat? Oh, and some ketchup lol I have a picture, but, can't seem to find the option to share it

I was not able to purchase a steak Bagel from them which is my favorite food from them because it was not in the morning. I think breakfast food should be on the menu anytime all the time. I wish they would change this.

My friend and I were here two weeks ago, they have 24 hour DT on weekends.. We had to wait over an hour for our food, for it then to be cold. We had already paid and they didn't acknowledge us at all. Let us and every other car sit out there for well over 40 minutes without a word. Figured it was just a rough night... let it go.

I am currently sitting in the Drive Thru now and have been for THIRTY minutes, i've been at the speaker for twenty. They first came over the phone and said that they were cash only because the card system was down, now the system has been resetting for 10 minutes. I manage in a fast food restaurant... our system reset takes 3 minutes tops. This is awful!! Every time i'm here late it's a horrible experience. If it's going to take 40 minutes for every car, at least put a damn disclaimer!

Ice cream machine broken, no hand sanitizers worked, waited 20 min for order, no receipt printed either.

Got a large Coke today and went in the store so it would be quicker. I had to use the kiosk because they were refusing to accept orders, and it took forever and didn’t print a receipt. Then after waiting for 20 minutes, I went up to the counter to ask if I could just get a cup for my Coke, and I was told they weren’t accepting orders. The entire place is mismanaged and understaffed. Wish there was another one closer for me to go To.
