SLOWEST!!!! Has to be the slowest McDonald's ever, they don't care about their customer tell everyone in the drive through to pull around while they stand there and play i door dash and have to wait sometimes 20 minutes just to pick up an order this is supposed to be fast food!

First time ever inside and didn’t even get asked how can I help you. I was waiting for like 5 minutes and 4 people before me walked out because they said nobody even took their orders so I waited another 5 minutes just to see if anybody would say something NOT even the manager asked if she can take my order and she even came up to the front. One worker was so rude to the door dashers. Do not go here the don’t deserve your money.

Just tried to eat there at 9:21 PM. They claimed they were closed. I think the issue was just that I had a full bus of kids and nobody inside was interested in doing the work of serving my team.
There are other places to feed kids. I won't make the mistake of trying to come here again.

They make the worse sweet tea in the entire Cincinnati please learn how to make sweet tea it shouldn’t be light tan it should be dark google recipes for reference please
There is a reason we stopped eating here. But yesterday we were short on time so we stopped to grab 4 fish sandwiches with extra tartar sauce. Two of the sandwiches had barely any sauce on them, one was perfect, the other had no fish filet on it! It was just a cheese and bun sandwich with extra tartar sauce. Not to mention the kids that walked out of the place shouting at people who were just walking by-its not cool, kids!
I don't know how this place stays open.
