Messed up my order and waited forever for it. It was just two iced coffees and they were absolutely terrible, tasted burnt. Half the order boards were frozen and not working inside.
Went through the drive through. It was a busy morning. The intercoms speak over each other so it was hard to know if it was your turn or someone else's. You also saw other people's orders on the board that were not yours.
It was disorganized. The drive thru attendant was slightly rude when I was trying clarify my order.
Food was just tossed into a bag, hard as they were slammed with orders. Slow down a wee bit please and pay attention to details.

It's fast food so the bar is set fairly low.
They do a decent job with getting special orders accurate, so that is a plus.
But they spoof their metrics for corporate measurements by having EVERY car pull forward, so the food can take as long as they want.
Staff is usually friendly as well.
