They had an advertising posted on the computer advertisement board behind the cashier and he rudely said they didn't have it on sale and I'm like well there's a big computer sign behind you that says it's on sale then they got an attitude about that and decided to give me a disgusting burger that they had flattened and just made it look gross I kind of didn't think much of it till I like started eating and saw somebody was angry and trying to be funny when they did it please do not go to that McDonald's

This McDonald’s customer service is ON POINT. I live on the Kentucky side and we don’t have this standard of service unfortunately. Employees here were consistently polite and brought food to tables, did a follow up and then removed the trays. Wow. Impressed. I ate here twice today just to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating. lol. I wasn’t.
Rude customer service. Way over priced. The fact they NEVER turn their light on after dark should yell you all you need to know. Saver yourself the frustration and disappointment and go somewhere else.

This place is a joke, I was discriminated against and it was plain as day. Your workers need to clean themselves up not have dirt under there 5 inch nails. You can’t place an order and pick up door dash because there so stupid they can’t do there job correctly took 30 min to go through drive thru all to deal with rude and disrespectful people. Get better workers.

The food was fine minus making everything with tomato’s that I’d asked to be taken off but that’s a small issue. The bigger issue they don’t read their tickets at all. We ordered all large meals which means we get drinks. Their lobby isn’t custom service friendly since you can’t get your own drinks, ketchup, straws or anything. So when our order came with no drinks, we had to go ask for our drinks. 2 were right then the lady walked out that was helping us, came back, remember after we told her we still need our other drinks and of course we need straws, gave me the wrong size and then straws. I will NEVER came back to this location and hope the manager sees this. We weren’t even the only customers here having issues. The front by the registers was packed with people having missing drinks, miss made orders and upset customers. This is pathetic.
