Ordered two 10 piece nuggets meals for the kids, got home and was missing, (of course) an order of fries. Way to go guys, you're always messing something up and it's getting too expensive to shop at McDonald's anymore

Why open at 6am / 7am if you aren’t going to to be ready to serve customers? This location is always about 30 minutes late “opening” and will tell you to come back later. Ridiculous

Manager in the morning is obnoxiously rude. Beepers have been beeping for alarms on the food for over 10 mins and she's just refusing to take orders and there is nobody in the lobby or drive thru. Was extremely rude to the door dash driver. Locked the lobby at 7am with plenty of staff. Order was over 15 mins delayed and I was the only person in the store. Which is a let down because all other food places in the area are so nice.

Ordered curbside, 30min nobody came. Door locked, had to queue in the drive through. Worst experience. Needed 50min in total to get my food.

I'm not gonna go into any details. But a employee named Marc or Mark. Either on break or off. Pretty much fixed it. Just a food order. But yeah. That's how top people act in life and just.dont let him go. That was good customer service. Good food too. I'll be back. I live to close . 😂

Sausage biscuit was hard and old. I could have broken a window with it. Hash browns tasted disgusting. Lady working the counter was not nice and unhelpful. Overall everything sucked.

If you Doordash here, you'll be waiting for 15 minutes while the whole time your order is ready but sitting behind the counter. They see you, but they just don't care. They need to start converting these stores to fully automated.

I used to get through the drive-thru pretty quickly in the morning. However, that has not been the case over the past couple years. This past weekend, I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on the app. Arrived 13 minutes later, it wasn't ready. I stood there for 5 minutes, along with three other people, before I was even asked what I ordered. The lack of hustle was disappointing.
