I’m a frequent customer (I blame my Diet Coke addiction) but the way the drive thru is ran is atrocious. The volume of traffic is not set up to constantly be pushing people to the two wait spots they have off to the side and no matter what you get they push people to them. They need to become more efficient!!

When I was asked to pull to a parking spot In order to wait for my food, I just knew things were about to be bad, however, the visit was actually great, the manager kept his word about delivering hot fresh food which was the reason for the wait , which was not really too long. No complaints, decent time frame to wait for food, food was fresh and hot. Accurate and delicious.

Why is it so damn hard to put an egg and a sausage on a biscuit at the same time but you can with a dry ass muffin and a doughy McGriddle. but you said it back to me and okay when you rang it in. And let’s mumble something inaudible and walk away as soon as someone says something

Want to give this place some love but they constantly screw up my order. When dining in, check your order quickly before they disappear in the back and you have to wait 5 minutes for someone to come out and correct it.
Stopped by at 5:35 am, website says open at 5am. Was told they would not be open for another 15-20 min. Not a good look.

I found a cockroach on my filet a fish. It was fried to it and everything. Also the employees were super rude. One of the girls who was behind the counter said she was gonna spit in my grimace shake so I had to toss it.
