If you Doordash here, you'll be waiting for 15 minutes while the whole time your order is ready but sitting behind the counter. They see you, but they just don't care. They need to start converting these stores to fully automated.

I used to get through the drive-thru pretty quickly in the morning. However, that has not been the case over the past couple years. This past weekend, I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on the app. Arrived 13 minutes later, it wasn't ready. I stood there for 5 minutes, along with three other people, before I was even asked what I ordered. The lack of hustle was disappointing.

It has gotten better. It is still a mess on Sundays where service and atmosphere come into play.
Order a few minutes ago and the food was all cold the fries ice cold along with the double cheeseburger there was no line so no excuse to be serving customers cold food I ate it in the parking lot so it's not like I had it for a long time for it to be cold

Yall gotta figure something out with these wait times.. I just moved to the area and this McDonaldâs is the slowest Iâve ever been to.. Iâve gone maybe 6-8 times this month and each time itâs like a 15+ minute visit for 2 meals.. right now I was told to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food but I canât even get out of the drive thru due to all the cars blocking the street waiting for their food lol
