Not open at 5 am that’s for sure
I'm Soooo sick of this location. The breakfast crew is HORRIBLE. Especially THE MANAGER.. She is so loud with her conversation that I didn't want to hear.
I'm the only customer inside while there is only 2 cars in the drive through, so they're NOT busy. I ordered hot cakes & sausage w/ hashbrown. The Mgr. tossed my order & said here... and continued w/ her conversation. I asked for a packet of Syrup, since I did get 🥞 hotcakes you'd think I'd at least get one. She acted like ...how dare I interrupt her for a syrup. I'm DONE .w/ McDonald's. I'll stick with Chick-fil-A & Cane's where they have MANNERS.

They don't open at 5 am, been there 5 time after work for 15 minutes waiting. Saw a lady inside walking around no one even bothered to say anything. Like at least acknowledge the customer in your drive-thru. don't leave them sitting extremely bad service crying shame.

GG absolutely killed it in the drive through. She was super nice and did an efficient and good job.

We ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese and they were both completely absent of heat. Worst QP's I can remember. The fries were hot, however. I won't go back and, honestly, if my next McDonald's run somewhere else is similarly bad, I won't go back anywhere. McDonald's is too expensive now for this nonsense. Maybe it's an outdated business model, idk.

Restaurant was filthy where you make you drink. Old ketchup not cleaned up and counter was sticky. Garbage cans full.

This McDonald’s has pleasant people taking and delivering orders. We call it the happy place. It’s a big difference in the mornings.

The workers can't hear when you place your order they charge you for what you asked for but then give you a total different thing than what you got but then won't answer the phone when you try to call
Your employee Nie chewed me out today for not parking in the correct parking space where they asked me to park, which mind you was right by the door. She came out and began to yell at me which I then asked her if I was hearing her yell at me right and she confirmed she was because I made her ‘walk so far’. She was beyond rude and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was the ONLY person there and she got mad because she had to walk far, which mind you was right out of the door. I am a nurse, I get that. But I went where they guided me. Teach your employees that they are in a customer service based role. We all started there and it seems like she doesn’t want to have the room for growth.

How in the world do you have 8 cars pulled up in drive thru and ppl on the inside of your lobby waiting 3 Mgrs on duty and you still messing up? All I ordered was a 6 piece nugget kids meal and they didn’t even get that right. How do I have to wait 6 minutes for a kids meal and you bring it to me and it’s wrong. I’m so confused. They are clueless. Then a female who I’m pretty sure works there or knows someone who works there got really crazy talking about I’m invading or space I told her stop talking to me she talking about we can take it outside. These people not running a business. They running a circus

I accidentally selected the wrong location for my birthday coupon. And had to wait 15 mins for a free ice coffee. Quite ridiculous. No reason I can’t just get a free ice coffee. Not like it hurts anything and now I gotta wait 20 whole mins after canceling the order for the coupon to reactivate
