They are consistent. They consistently take 10x longer than any location to make food, they always make you pull around in the drive through building a huge line for no reason. The food is somehow cold despite making you wait 15+ mins for a mobile order you placed 30 mins in advance. It is a 1* location through and through, I know I’m rating a McDonald’s, but this one sucks

This is the food they send out & they told me it’s “fresh” I bit into it ONCE and the meat is crunchy. No one will answer the store phone. 3:00pm is crazy to be serving this

Highly rude customer service. I came to the drive-thru and they said go ahead and order and you're ready I said okay and then she said go ahead with your order I said can I have one minute please and I'm literally minute later she said go ahead with your order..... Rude much?? August 7th 2025 around 12:00 in afternoon

Rude employees except for one that I would of prefer her serving me next time. 5 stars for her customer service and good attitude. Her name is DeAsija.
Not sure how to spell her name correctly but she was definitely the only person with a good attitude.

I'm Soooo sick of this location. The breakfast crew is HORRIBLE. Especially THE MANAGER.. She is so loud with her conversation that I didn't want to hear.
I'm the only customer inside while there is only 2 cars in the drive through, so they're NOT busy. I ordered hot cakes & sausage w/ hashbrown. The Mgr. tossed my order & said here... and continued w/ her conversation. I asked for a packet of Syrup, since I did get 🥞 hotcakes you'd think I'd at least get one. She acted like ...how dare I interrupt her for a syrup. I'm DONE .w/ McDonald's. I'll stick with Chick-fil-A & Cane's where they have MANNERS.

They don't open at 5 am, been there 5 time after work for 15 minutes waiting. Saw a lady inside walking around no one even bothered to say anything. Like at least acknowledge the customer in your drive-thru. don't leave them sitting extremely bad service crying shame.
