Dietary restrictions: I have dietary restrictions. I wanted to get a couple of breakfast meats. They refused to shower me too get only meats. They refused to allow takeout from the restaurant.

Not enough words, Kaitlin Jackson who just got out of an 8 year jail sentence for burglary................. i had to stay at a hotel because my house is getting fixed, i wouldn't have come here if i would have known about her being out of jail... And KAITLIN JACKSON ROBBED MY GRANDMAS HOUSE, HER DAUGHTER'S GREAT GRANDMOTHER, THAT SAYS IT ALL....... Wouldn't give my fiance or myself a menu, rude and disrespectful still. Being chased across the lobby is unprofessional Kaitlin, get it together...

Awful. Took 30 minutes to get waited on, sitting at the bar. About 9 people there. Took an hour to get food. Salmon okay but no white sauce. No flavor to vegetables. Asked for salt and they gave me pepper. Not worth the price.

We were pleasantly surprised at how well we liked the food. The portions were plentiful. We ordered the chicken Parmesan and open faced roast beef. The green beans were seasoned just right. The mashed potatoes were “delightful“ according to my husband. Anna was a personable and friendly waitress. If you purchase the City Saver app, you’ll find some great coupons!

Quiet, friendly place with excellent service and staff. The food was hot n delicious. Happy hour is excellent deals and drinks are on point.

Only one person serving as bartender and server. Food is good but be prepared to wait on service. So annoying!

I have stayed at many hotels here in the Cincinnati area , and several of them have complimentary breakfast that is the same if not better than the breakfast here, that they charge $15 for. Golden Corral's literally less than 2-minutes away and you can get the full breakfast buffet for less than that.. and also several other restaurants.. I hate shedding bad light on them because I really do like the hotel, it is very nice.. I just cannot believe they have the nerve to charge that amount of money for that.
