I’ve been a few times now and service is very slow no matter when you go and how busy it is. Food and beer are just fine; would not recommend the cocktails.

Food was outstanding, beer was very well done and the service was great. Another old church turned into a brewery but with a few changes. A mixture of old and new gave it a very unique look. The food was made from scratch with very fresh ingredients. Highly recommend this place for a date or hanging with friends.

We went for Valentines Day, first visit. We had a great waitress and they had a nice V-Day special which we enjoyed. Beer is good also but they have put effort into great food and atmosphere as well.

This our my 3rd or 4th visit toe Mellatone and I just love that place. The beer and food are fabulous. Our most recent experience was for Sunday brunch. I was there with my granddaughter who has some allergies and is a very picky eater! I wish I remember the name of the waiter who served us. Kudos to him for taking the extra time to inform the kichen about the allergies AND to get the cook to do a special for her that was not on the menu. Love the vibe there and can't wait to go back!

They were able to accommodate a large party. The waitress was attentive for the beginning of the night, but then she came back less frequently. It would have been nice for her to ask us to close our tabs rather than ghost us. We will return but will know to order drinks every time we're able to flag down the server.

Beautiful place, and the food is actually pretty good! Service was great, despite being understaffed for the day. We were celebrating a birthday, but did not have any special treats because of it, nor it was mentioned. However, we'd love to come back!

The beers and appetizers that our group of six ordered all came quickly and were all vey tasty. We had good service, good food, and an all around good experience in the beer garden level of the restaurant.
This place has a very cool vibe with good food and beer. Our waitress was lovely. She made suggestions, which were good and she was attentive without being overbearing. The appetizers (pork belly and squash croquettes) were delicious. Three had the gnocchi and two had the spaghetti squash and we all enjoyed it. My only drawback is that they need a vestibule covering or something to help as it was a bit chilly in the restaurant, which granted it was a very cold day. I imagine it gets warm in the summer too when doors are opened letting the air conditioning out. I would definitely go back as their menu had some nice selections.

It was so cold inside the restaurant. At one point I got up to look at the thermostat and it read 61 degrees. The food was good- our server was good, we probably would of had more beverages but she did not come back often enough to check in on us. I would definitely not go back in the winter, may be just a summer time spot.

Honestly, I love this spot. And Mellotone beer project is one of a kind for a city full of beer. My issue was just that the food was not up to par for the price. We received a chicken sandwich that was cold in the middle, burgers that's were overcooked. That being said the sprouts and wings were fantastic. Outside of those issues this place is truly a great spot to have a drink with friends
