Very friendly and the frozen yogurt is amazing! I love all of the toppings they have. Caramel turtle cups are my favorite and they have them! Definitely will be back!

I had a great experience at this frozen yogurt spot! The service was excellent. Although they were out of the original flavor when we arrived, the owner, Roxana, was incredibly kind—she made a fresh refill even though it was close to closing time. When I went to pay, she noticed the yogurt wasn’t fully frozen and immediately let us make a new one. To top it off, she gave us the yogurt for free because she felt bad about the wait. You can tell she really cares about her customers. I’ll definitely be back!

Ms. Roxana (owner) is a sweet lady with a positive attitude and is very engaging with her customers. Store is very clean and organized. If you come in, speak, you will develop a great rapport with her.

i found A HAIR in my yogurt . i nicely asked for a refund and she caught an attitude . she told me it was my fault and blamed it on my dog . mind you my dog is red and the hair was black . The whole place was sticky and it smelt a bit musty

The lady (the owner) just stares at you the whole time and it’s creepy you can’t even move around without eyes on you very uncomfortable and she has very smart remarks, i found a piece of hair in my yogurt and she tried to make smart remarks like it was my fault but the hair was in the middle of the yogurt and i have braids in so there’s no possibility way its mine . tbh horrible location

Drove to the store just for them to be closed. No sign on the door saying they are closed. Just the hours of Monday-Sunday 2pm-10pm. Dont waste your time coming here!!!

Shame to the haters out there. My kids love this place. Great flavors and toppings. I think the owner got a bad rap for trying to keep the place clean during the pandemic but has relaxed. She brought chairs around so our whole party could sit together. My son got a stain on his shirt, and she brought a microfiber to help us clean it- worked great. We’ll be back!

Great place! Very friendly worker there. She likes to chat with us about how things have been going. ( very nice) and if she tells you not to put your hands in the gummies Get your hands out of the gummies instead of complaining about it and give the place a bad review.

Today's sweet craving was more than satisfied, since we entered Menchies the atmosphere felt welcoming but to this was added the pleasant attention of a compatriot who filled our hearts... it was a pleasure to meet you Roxanna, we will be back very soon , Thanks for the nice chat Paula and Oliver.
