Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Shame to the haters out there. My kids love this place. Great flavors and toppings. I think the owner got a bad rap for trying to keep the place clean during the pandemic but has relaxed. She brought chairs around so our whole party could sit together. My son got a stain on his shirt, and she brought a microfiber to help us clean it- worked great. We’ll be back!

Great place! Very friendly worker there. She likes to chat with us about how things have been going. ( very nice) and if she tells you not to put your hands in the gummies Get your hands out of the gummies instead of complaining about it and give the place a bad review.

Brought my family here for the first time today and truly enjoyed our experience. Excellent service and very clean. My kids were so excited about all the flavors and toppings. We will definitely be back.

We went to Menchies for the first time and it was awesome! The frozen yogurt was great and the toppings offered a good variety. All around a great place. The customer service also! It's so nice to see places still with great customer service. So nice and very helpful!! Will go again.

First time we came the service and fro yo was great! No we're back and they're closed during open hours. Big time boo.

Today's sweet craving was more than satisfied, since we entered Menchies the atmosphere felt welcoming but to this was added the pleasant attention of a compatriot who filled our hearts... it was a pleasure to meet you Roxanna, we will be back very soon , Thanks for the nice chat Paula and Oliver.

Owned and operated by the sweetest lady on the planet. She remembers all of our family members by name and is always super kind to the kids. This is one of our favorite places.

It says online and on the door that the store opens at 2pm. However, after promising my already tired toddlers frozen yogurt, and waiting outside for the doors to open at 2, that never happened…even after waiting 10 extra minutes and calling. It would be nice if they updated their store hours so people don’t waste their time and energy for nothing.

I definitely recommend this place! It has a cozy environment and nice staff. I’ve read some recent posts with a 1 star and I disagree strongly. The owner is kind and may tell you not to stick your fingers in the m&ms ….. so what? Also, me and the owner have known each other a long time! Great staff great environment, that sounds like the perfect place!!!
