Not sure where all the 1-star reviews are coming from. The store is always clean, and the lady working there, Roxanne, always seems very nice and polite to my family. I’ve also ordered froyo cakes there for my kids’ birthdays ?, and they turned out very nice, even with customizations.

3/16/24First time here and it is a popular spot.The flavors taste just like what it says, the cheesecake tasted bland, and there’s several toppings to choose from. I personally thought it taste like ice cream. $.65 per pound.

I went to Menchie’s and I was greeted by the most kind woman I’ve ever laid eyes on. Absolute 10/10 experience. Immediately I knew I was home… My soul shined… my heart warmed.The beautiful color of the green wall, absolutely stunning.The cashier woman assisted us in a time of desperate need and she reminded me of my dead great grandma, she also had kind eyes. Thank you so much menchies for the best night a girl could ask for.PS. Try the cake batter it’s absolutely amazing… sometimes I have dreams about it. Hehe.

Walking into this establishment is like walking into a good friend's home, very welcoming! The owner knows us by name! She gives some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. She goes above and beyond and has such a positive infectious attitude and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. My little girl and I go to this menchies just about every week for treat day and she loves it so much! I pray that the Lord blesses this lady! She is well deserving of all the great things that come her way. ❤️

The owner served us tonight. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. The sugar free vanilla was delicious and it was really affordable. A great visit and I'll definitely be back.

The offerings, food quality, and cleanliness are fine but we are DONE with this location due to how uncomfortable we are made to feel every single time when we go there. She has treated my children rude, my in-laws rude, and my elderly father rude as they have tried their best to be as neat as possible, pay as quickly as possible and generally try to not take up space in her presence because of her judgments. Such an utter shame.

I love Menchie's in many locations but this location I am finished with. The owner hovers over you when the allowed samples and now we were told it's corporate policy not to give samples. So 2 days later we are in another city and stopped at a Menchie's and surprise they still let you sample so I asked and was told there's no corporate policy about not giving samples - so she's rude and she lies. Not good customer service. We will not be back.

The manager is amazing! Our girls love her. She always welcomes them with a huge smile. So many fun flavors and toppings to pick from. I love that they have healthier and some sugar free/ lower calorie options too.
