Wow! I am so happy my mom and I chose Mesopotamia for lunch. We were hearing good things about it from our friends and finally tried it. The food was AMAZING! We got so much food! The portion sizes are very generous. The waiter, Jerry, is so sweet and made us laugh a lot. The head chef came out to meet us and talked with us for a while, she is so kind and it was really great meeting her! I am 100% coming back, I couldn’t get over how good the food was! We really enjoyed the atmosphere too, very peaceful and beautiful inside. Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner. They have big tables too for parties. They also sometimes have live music. Very glad we found this place :)
We got the hummus and pita which was amazing, the hummus was freshly made by hand and the pita was soft and came out nice and hot. We also ordered the falafels, they were sooooo tasty and crispy! My mom ordered the Moussaka, I ordered the Tandoor-style Beef, and everything tasted incredible!

Great place to dine! The food is similar to their sister restaurant LEYLA Mediterranean but the menu is different. This restaurant is much larger. Beautiful artwork and decor. They also have a private party room. The food is delicious! The mussaka, steak, patlican (eggplant) kebab, piyaz are all phenomenal!!!!

Very tasty. Fresh ingredients. Tender meat. Generous portions. Bread tastes like it was just out of the oven, with a nice spiced oil dip. Cold appetizer platter had good selection. Server couldn't be more pleasant. Great meal overall. We'll definitely be back.
Had an excellent experience and strongly recommend anyone try it. The food was delicious and service, although leisurely, was very good. They checked in on us and were prompt in taking our order. They also provided complementary bread and dipping oil as well as hot tea at the end. Cannot recommend highly enough.

After our first dining experience at Mesopotamia Kitchen in the Anderson Towne Center, we very quickly decided we'd be regulars! Freshness and flawless preparation were evident in everything. We opted for the appetizer sampler and mixed grill, with chicken thighs, and chicken and lamb kabobs, all grilled to perfection. We had plenty of leftovers for another meal! Wine was available, but beer is not yet on the menu. We're excited to return!
