tbh if i could give a zero i would it was very frustrating because the server added their own tips on our bills before talking to us. and i personally have a very bad allergy and he claimed that he gave me a chicken without the thing im allergic to (3 dollars extra btw) and then he still gave me the wrong chicken and i thought i was going to have a reaction. my friends and mines bill were supposed to be around $20 and after them adding their own tips it was around 30ish dollars. i just wouldn't recommend this location i did not have a good experience.

Restaurant has gone downhill. I made an online order & showed up after the time allotted. I waited an additional 15 min going deaf to the loud music and developing a headache due to all the flashing lights. The sad part is the place wasn't busy and had maybe 15 people sitting inside. I live 10 min away & opened cold Arroz Con Pollo with barely any rice, lumpy cheese dip & 1 small bag of chips. I know the kids tenders & fries aren't a speciality, but the fries & tenders were burnt and looked old as if they were sitting under a heating lamp for hours. For as much as is charged for the food, they should be better.

The Winton road location is by far the best out of the three Mi Cozumel in are area. We ordered the guacamole cart. Are server Kenny made the best guac we have ever had. The birria ramen is the most flavorful out of all three restaurants. Everything was absolutely amazing including Kenny.

DO NOT EAT HERE! THEY IGNORE FOOD ALLERGIES AND WILL BAN YOU FOR CHECKING THEM ABOUT IT‼️ Your manager and staff are extremely rude. They failed to listen about my allergy (i told the waitress 3 times what I was allergic too but she couldn’t be bothered to pay me any attention) and they tried to make me pay for a meal that was compromised with the very thing I’m allergic too. When I asked for a new plate without the items I’m allergic too the waitress just scraped the stuff off and just brought me the same plate back. At that point I no longer wanted my meal because who knows what was done to it because clearly the lady didn’t hear me the fourth time.
When I asked for a manager twice nicely I got ignored and eye rolls but once I got loud all of the sudden I was the problem and they brought the officer on me. Now they call themselves banning me from this location because your staff does not listen, do not communicate and the manager seems to be scared to actually take genuine accountability for her staffs faults.
Gladly will not be returning I can make my food better at home and for cheaper. ✌🏽

They do not accommodate or acknowledge food allergies. The staff was informed 3 times of the issue and they refused to correct the issue properly. When asked for a manager, the staff met me with eye rolls . I asked for a manager 2 times before I was met with more dismissive attitude. If you have allergies please avoid this establishment . They could seriously, hurt someone.

Outstanding restaurant that took Applebees spot. The restaurant is more personable, presentable, and professional. They have excelled to the next level. I've not had a bad entrée and the drinks compared to Applebees. There is no comparison. This restaurant that took Applebees spot is top notch with excellent service.

waiter did not get order right after i repeated it 3 times.. then acted like i was wrong and got kinda rude. very loud in there and the food was not that great this is my 4th time going there the first two were good but the last two were not very good at all.
