They did our order wrong and continued to argue that, “I didn’t order that,” when in fact, I did. And my receipt shows it. We used to come here every week as a treat for our kids. The two young girls working in there tonight were disrespectful, rude, and we will not be back. They slammed the refrigerator doors over and over at me. I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere! We are loyal customers turned into avoid at all costs! There’s boba elsewhere!

Usually all the staff I interact with when I come to this location are always friendly. Today was the first bad experience I've had with someone that works here. I didn't get her name but the girl with the tattoos and short brown hair in pigtails had one of the worst attitudes I've ever experienced with someone since I've moved here years ago. I ordered 3 drinks and was treated like I was stupid when she only heard me say 2 of them. Hopefully it was just a bad day and I pray she doesn't treat other customers like this.

Very nice staff, very good food.
Got the Carmel macchiato with coffee jelly and the Java Lava rolled icecream.

Parking: Lots of parking, easy to access

Kid-friendliness: Good indoor and outdoor seating, not inappropriate in any way

Wheelchair accessibility: Has a lip from the parking lot to the sidewalk where the entrance is. No stairs

The Thai tea was super sweet but the boba was perfectly cooked. I'd get less sugar next time and be super happy. The worker was nice and speedy. The space has a few small tables for groups of up to 4. Almond milk is available as a non-dairy option.

Kinda crazy how a place can be an all around 3 star mediocre place but here you have it. it's truly just an okay place.

Boba is not great but it gets the job done. Definitely ask for half or 25% or you will get unsatisfying diluted tea. The flavors are duller than other shops and the fruit chunks just don’t taste right. Especially strawberry and mango.

The matcha and strawberry boba was very refreshing drink. I really enjoyed. The strawberry boba is popping when you chewed so the strawberry juice comes out.
The ambience is ok, they have outside some chairs and tables but It will be more cute if they put some plants or a mural or something more istagramer.

Parking: Also have other stores very fun and a new sushi restaurant!

My son picked up my order for me, and there was no Boba, and the drink is wrong. The order was correct (it says so on the label) The Crestview Hills location was fantastic when you first opened, but consistently my drink is wrong and no one makes it right. The last time the gal said it was right (it was sweet milk, no tea) she argued with me and then the girl who made it said she couldn't read her handwriting and made it wrong. No apologies or anything, just eye rolls. This time it was missing the boba and had a splash of tea. For $6+ and they expect a tip, you would think they'd get your order right. It's a "house drink" nothing special. This is a Boba tea shop right? 😐

My friend Britany took me here. At first I was going to wait in the car while she went inside but I am SSOOO happy I changed my mind.I ordered the Mango Madness rolled ice cream. Mango and vanilla!!! Emily asked if I wanted toppings and suggested strawberry ? and caramel!!!! Ooh lalaWhat a wonderful euphoric explosion of flavors!!! The best thing I have eaten in years. Thank you Emily ?When visiting Cincinnati put this on your list of places to go. You won't be disappointed!!!

Sweet, full of flavor, and with so many choices, you can't go wrong.My wife wanted to try something different and got a caramel macchiato milkie latte with boba last time and loved it.Tri was really great with our family. He even walked out to our table to check on how we liked our drinks. Really good service.The Milk cap on top is like a sweet cheesecake foam and is really different for me but was delicious. It is a dollar add-on.We drank our drinks before we took any pictures, so I guess we liked it. ?

I am a regular customer who drinks milk tea at this shop, but yesterday and today I ordered 12 cups of yammy Taro milk tea online and this is the second time I have had a very bad experience. it was nothing like what I drank at the store. Everything in the milk tea cup is frozen solid. Taro is not ground, I ordered 100% sugar but it was too bland. it's disgusting to drink it. It doesn't seem to have a recipe and just puts everything straight in, I can't drink it. I don't want to say these things. But I ordered milk tea 2 days in a row (3/29-3/30) and you guys really made my experience very disappointing.need to review.
