Stopped by because I was craving Milk Jar. Initially I was thrilled that they were so fast. But I discovered that most of my cup was ice and I finished the drink in less than a minute. Was a very expensive minute. It took longer to type this review than it took to finish my drink. Sad to see they are cutting corners.

Ordered a fruit tea and they gave me a milk tea. I asked for it to be remade and said I would pay again. The second time the drink and size was still wrong. They refused to remake it a 3rd time despite me paying each time. I paid for 2 large fruit teas and got 2 regular milk teas I couldn’t drink due to allergies.

I give this place a solid 4.5 stars for their teas, rolled ice cream, and newly added bingsu. . They need to add winter melon tea or a honeydew flavor. They'd get a 5 if they offered more tea flavors. Bingsu is Korean shaved ice. I am a regular Door Dash customer of the Oakley location. I don't typically go in person but was happy to see a new convenient Kenwood location. Typically traditional bingsoo is actual shaved ice but what they do is flake their matcha ice cream and you get the same flaked ice texture. I thought it was tasty and you get the same larger portion you're accustomed to when you order a bingsu bowl. They offer other flavors so I will be working through the different flavors. Bingsu is refreshing in the summer time but you can eat it here year round. Bingsu has not been added on their Door Dash menu. I have been only twice but it's been two days in a row. Excited to see a new menu item, and it's 7.95.

The cashier who was wearing a cat ear hand made hat I think her name is Kylie she was very rude and not pleasant with her greeting. I was very let down when they started arguing on who was gonna make the order. This is not the experience I hoped for and I would like this review to get through to the public and for them to see how rude and disgusting these people treated us.

When we went we ordered two things. One was the strawberry matcha latte and the other was the honey citrus tea. We had to wait 10 minutes for the boba and the strawberry matcha tea was too sweet while the honey citrus tasted like tap water. Overall the employees seemed to not care and the floor and bathroom was dirty and displeasing.
