They did our order wrong and continued to argue that, “I didn’t order that,” when in fact, I did. And my receipt shows it. We used to come here every week as a treat for our kids. The two young girls working in there tonight were disrespectful, rude, and we will not be back. They slammed the refrigerator doors over and over at me. I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere! We are loyal customers turned into avoid at all costs! There’s boba elsewhere!
delicious milk tea, boba tea, and rolled ice cream!

My son picked up my order for me, and there was no Boba, and the drink is wrong. The order was correct (it says so on the label) The Crestview Hills location was fantastic when you first opened, but consistently my drink is wrong and no one makes it right. The last time the gal said it was right (it was sweet milk, no tea) she argued with me and then the girl who made it said she couldn't read her handwriting and made it wrong. No apologies or anything, just eye rolls. This time it was missing the boba and had a splash of tea. For $6+ and they expect a tip, you would think they'd get your order right. It's a "house drink" nothing special. This is a Boba tea shop right? 😐
I got the Oolong milk tea. It was delicious and the cups they come in are high quality. They have so many different and unique options to choose from that you wouldn’t necessarily find at other places offering milk tea. The rolled ice cream is good. It would be cool if they offered baked goods or other snacks for those who want something to eat with their drinks.

My experience at Milk Jar was wonderful. The lady who was working there provided amazing customer service. She was kind and made my boba and ice cream well. She even
recommended that I try the Thai milk tea, which I was pleased with. However, a customer came in with her kids and was rude. She spoke over the young lady, and was disrespectful, and cursed at her. Despite this, the employee handled the situation professionally.

Worker at the counter seemed like he couldn’t care less. Whipped us up two of the worst bubble teas I’ve ever had. $13 dollars…smh.

It tastes delicious, but it’s so expensive. A large cup of milk costs more than 7 yuan.

Average and overpriced.
As my husband and I walked in, it was dead empty for a Sunday. The misses at front did not look like she wanted to be here and was serious. I asked a couple of questions on the drinks and how they tasted as I wanted to make sure I got a good drink to try here. The lady was not helpful and did not suggest or said much. We paid for the drink, did not receive a receipt. Once we tried our drinks out, mine was not as sweet for 75% sweetness as I had hoped for (mango green tea) and my husband said his was average for a milkshake (Oreo milkie). I don't know what to think. I might not come back again if service is not accommodating or kind. I guess others had better experiences with other employees working there.

We went after a trip to the park so anywhere with AC automatically got 3 stars but this place was awesome. I got Lemon Lime Oolong with Strawberry Pop Boba. The Mister got the Mango Matchs Latte with Mango Pop Boba and the little one got a Cookie Monster. All were yummy options in a promising hole in the wall. I only say promising because it's not fully setup yet.

Stopped in with the wife to get some boba . Alyssa did a great job! Best boba I’ve ever had
The Thai milk tea was the best I’ve had in Cincinnati. The kids loved Very Mango. The tapioca boba were perfectly sweet. There was one person working- their customer service was also 5 stars! Cute store & vibrant neighborhood- it’s Cincinnati, so of course.
