As my husband and I walked in, it was dead empty for a Sunday. The misses at front did not look like she wanted to be here and was serious. I asked a couple of questions on the drinks and how they tasted as I wanted to make sure I got a good drink to try here. The lady was not helpful and did not suggest or said much. We paid for the drink, did not receive a receipt. Once we tried our drinks out, mine was not as sweet for 75% sweetness as I had hoped for (mango green tea) and my husband said his was average for a milkshake (Oreo milkie). I don't know what to think. I might not come back again if service is not accommodating or kind. I guess others had better experiences with other employees working there.Parking: You'll have only street parking.

We went after a trip to the park so anywhere with AC automatically got 3 stars but this place was awesome. I got Lemon Lime Oolong with Strawberry Pop Boba. The Mister got the Mango Matchs Latte with Mango Pop Boba and the little one got a Cookie Monster. All were yummy options in a promising hole in the wall. I only say promising because it's not fully setup yet.

The Thai milk tea was the best I’ve had in Cincinnati. The kids loved Very Mango. The tapioca boba were perfectly sweet. There was one person working- their customer service was also 5 stars! Cute store & vibrant neighborhood- it’s Cincinnati, so of course.

First time here a Milk Jar! We loved this little shop and really enjoyed our drinks. The employee was very nice and quickly made our order. We got the Brown Sugar Dirty Milk Boba, it was perfect! We'll definitely be back to try the Rolled Ice Cream as well.
LOVE the tea but the bathrooms etc are filthy (walnut hills location)and customer service was lacking the last two times I visited (again at the walnut hills location)! Disappointing:( I probably wont be back.

We stopped by Milk Jar to get a second boba of the day during our one day trip to Cincinnati. This boba, unfortunately, was not great.Oolong Mik Tea, Large, 70% Sweet, w/ Boba - 70% was not sweet enough, probably should have gotten normal sweetness for this one, The flowery oolong taste was somehow only barely visible even with less sweetness, I felt like this was watered down. I believe they use real milk in their milk teas, so watch out if you are lactose intolerant. The worst part of the drink was the boba - for the most part, it was hard and lumpy. Some pieces had a very disturbing rough and dotted texture on the surface that really ruined the drink. Just not great in general. Price was also a bit on the expensive side at $6.90.I don't recommend adding tapioca boba to your drink here. Perhaps the other toppings are better.
