Millie’s place is definitely by far one of the best southern comfort food restaurants in Cincinnati Ohio. I’ve ordered a variety of different dishes and all were delicious. The food is always ; fresh, flavorful, with generous portions. Staff members are always inviting and tentative. I’ve been to this establishment a few times and my experience each time has been phenomenal.

This place has excellent food! The only problem I had was the professional attitude could use improvement. Please stop allowing the servers to pick up chicken pieces with no glove on and eating it and licking their fingers, right infront of customers that are waiting for their food to be boxed up! Some of the servers are too comfortable with saying outloud, "you're ready to go home and will be glad when it's over." If your customer has displayed patience after waiting in a very slow line for over an hour, please show some appreciation toward them by not complaining and allowing that customer to hear it. You have amazing and consistently delicious food. I'd say, the best in the city! I will be back!

This was my first visit and it was ok. When you walk in there was no one to greet you so you have to wait until someone comes out the back. It was odd but when they did they were very kind and helpful. Lots of smiling faces throughout. It was very quiet and clean. The atmosphere was just chill and that to me was great. Overall I did like the food and the staff were polite.
Millie’s Place has never been open none of at least the 5-times I had went. According to their hours, they should have been open, but they were not so I still have not had the opportunity to taste their food, to receive their service or anything else!

I ordered 2 chicken dinners . Which chicken was still pink ,Mac and cheese was watery, and the greens wasn't seasoned. I called to let them know my order wasn't correct and wasn't finished. Yet, I get hung up on.not good customer service. Not all but the person who answer the phone.
