It took 20 minutes before anyone talked to us at our table and only because we flagged someone down. After that, service was good and food was good but it had just set a bad tone to start.

Wonderful! Our server was very kind and professional. Never waited long and he had great recommendations. The manager was top notch! We had a left over visa gift card that wasn't processing and the manager just gave us our meal on the house!! She didn't even blink to ask for a different form of payment, she just asked us to be sure to visit again. I know they can't do that for everyone but they did it for us and it blew me away.

We had a lovely family dinner upstairs on the outside terrace. I had the spicy corn chowder and a wedge salad. Others had chicken salad sandwich, meatloaf, squash wellington, chicken club and rueben sandwich. Everything was delicious. Great selection of beers. Service was excellent. Saw the River Roots festival and then to Moerlein House for a great time. Will do it again!

Beautiful building with a great variety of food choices. 2/4 of us were gluten free and she did a great job of explaining what we could have to eat with substitutions. All of us enjoyed our meals.
Food was delicious, service was excellent, views were beautiful. I will definitely go back when I am in Cincinnati next!

Ordered off the Octoberfest menu ---The schnitzel was like eating a piece of leather. Horrible. Could not eat. Plus they piled the schnitzel on top of the kraut and potato salad. A weird presentation. Our service by Mattie (Maddie?) was great.

Food was great and came out fast. Waiter was rude at best and wasn't excited to be working. Would have stayed longer but didn't feel welcome. It was a game day so maybe that was the reason

Server exceeded our expectations. Rather loud ambiance for a midafternoon reservation, although expected with Oktoberfest and the Reds in town. Each of us four diners ordered different meals. Two were pleased with their orders (Mediterranean pasta, scoring 8.7, and short ribs toasted cheese sandwich, a solid 9 rating). The fish (over fried and bland) and chips rated a 7. The boneless chicken breast (tough) over mashed potatoes (good flavor but served lukewarm) and vibrant al dente green beans (star of the meal) scored a 7. The adult beverages rated an average of 8.
