Really cool looking place. Love how you can see the river. Overall busy but the food and service was great.! Had a great server Amanda. Girl was hustling the whole time.

I'm not sure what I was expecting, I had just heard about how wonderful Montgomery inn BBQ was. I know that their sauce is good, my pulled pork was accurately described by my server as a somewhat runny sloppy Joe's. My husband got the brisket sandwich and the sauce was not nearly as heavy but there was more than a significant amount of fat. I will say that the key lime pie was amazing and the broccoli was outstanding. The view of the river was very enjoyable and our server was excellent.

HOW does this place have 4+ stars? Besides the excellent service, the ribs are overpriced garbage, almost zero flavor and over sweet BBQ sauce for everything. Most overrated place I’ve been to in years. $40 wasted.

Went for dinner to celebrate graduation and 18th birthday. Our server was courteous and friendly. The food arrived quickly and was generous in portions. A mixed drink was done well. The view of the river is scenic and relaxing. Food was pricey but the expert was worth it. Thumbs High! ?
Date night with the wife was worth the 45 min drive for dinner at the Boathouse.

If you didn't come here anything other than the ambiance and view, you'd be doing yourself a huge favor.Since I've been visiting, 2012/2013, their food and service has always been phenomenal. Pay the valet parking fee, and go enjoy a great dining experience.
