I took my bf in there as he's never been there. I had the steak tacos and salad. Salad came with the meal. Should have come first. He had Cajun salmon. Food was great. But we were placed outside in a tent. Heaters were on above us. But I was still freezing as it was 20 degrees outside and there wasn't a door to the tent. It was open so the cold air would come in.Have a door would have been warmer. I hurried as much as I could so I could get warm. Took jacket off to warm...
The staff (Kelley) was great. The beer was good. The food, not so much. Anything fried tasted of overused oil. The fries also had too much salt. Easy fixes by owners that could make for a much better dining experience.
Visited the restaurant for lunch. Everyone was smiling and courteous. My server Grace was prompt, friendly, attentive and knew the menu well. I decided on the smoked wings and took Grace's suggestion of adding the pterodactyl sauce.... which did not disappoint.
The restaurant was neat and clean. Although it was a rainy day. The view was wonderful and I look forward to coming back to eat on the patio during a warm day.
