Mt. Lookout Tavern Reviews
LOVE this place. Great atmosphere, fantastic service. I live close and regularly stop in for lunch. Sadly, I haven't made their Trivia Night on Mondays in a while- but if you have the chance, its so fun. Local comedian Steve Caminiti hosts and will have you laughing from start to finish! Always a blast!

Mt. Lookout Tavern is a well-known restaurant that specializes in delicious smoked wings and tasty burgers. The establishment offers a variety of beers on tap and a selection of whiskeys. The enclosed patio provides a pleasant atmosphere for dining. The service is generally good, although it may take some time to receive a drink menu and have tables checked on regularly. Parking meters are in effect during the day. Additionally, Mt. Lookout Tavern offers a first responder discount.
Customers have expressed their appreciation for the bar, with one reviewer stating that they have been visiting the establishment for years and will continue to do so. However, some concerns have been raised about the music played by the bar staff, particularly when they abruptly switch off the TouchTunes system and play their own preferred music, even when customers have paid for songs. The reviewer suggests that the bar staff should be more considerate of the customers' preferences.
Another customer fondly remembers the Friday night visits to Mt. Lookout Tavern, especially on rainy days, and the enjoyable experience they shared with their family. A recent visitor noted that the interior of the establishment has become more open and airy, and they described it as a nice local bar with acceptable food, cold beer, and a deck overlooking Mount Lookout Square.
