Great dive bar. Back when I was suffering from psychosis I would stop here and get some drinks and flirt with the college girls. But kids don't try that while you are sane because you just won't have enough game without the boost you get from that psychotic charm
Fun place. Watch the steps room to room lol. The front bar room, a few mondays ago was slammed. I stood at the bar, thinking I was in line to order, however all orders are taken at the very very far end of the bar. That was my only complaint, no signage for ordering, I wasted a good 15 minutes standing there waiting for a bartender to even acknowledge me, finally I said hey, can I get a (whatever) and he politely informed me where to order. My fiancé and I LOVE it here!! We would go to Murpheys all the time when we lived in Clifton. We recently went back for an engagement shoot there. (As Murpheys was our first date). Love the bar tenders. Love the darts. And the owners are the sweetest there is!!
