This place was ghetto af from top to bottom.

I had moved to Cincy a year ago and been really looking forward to trying this place. I finally got a chance to go and there was a literal street craps game going on the patio as I walked in. Went inside, sat down at a booth, and repeatedly made eye contact with the bartender. She just ignored me, never came over to bring a menu or ask me if I wanted a drink. Not even a 'we're swamped right now, I'll take care of you in a sec', just nothing. Finally after 20 minutes went up to the bartender to ask for a menu and she didn't even look at me, just held up a finger and said, "one sec." You know what was so important? She was sending a text message.

I turned around and walked out, and I'm never, ever coming back.

Unprofessional incompetency no type of service and the black feminist guy working the cashier in the food part has a fuq up attitude I'll never go back there again!

I went there tonight horrible customer service.i presented a coupon and she said we don't take them and I said why not it has your name address phone number on it and there is no sign stating that you don't take them.she.said I'm new and there is no button for a coupon and where did you get this from.i asked where her manager was she never got the manager didn't look at the coupon but had the nerve to ask where did I get it from.just ghetto. She didn't even try to make the situation right she just blew me off and that's what really made me mad at the end of the day.no care ihow I felt.just worked 12 hours I was tired and hungry..i won't never come back to this place again.

I've been going to Murray's for years, but have slacked off a few years, but ran into the owner told him I would come by, went in ordered the Cod fish dinner, extra brown, came on point, enjoyed every bite, now have to make plans to return, and sit in to enjoy a meal, and beer or two.

The first time I had them they were the best wings wet wings I've had in awhile. The second time I bought some friends and their food was good. At least that's what they said but my wings were burnt. Not ok. I will try again just to make a better judgement. I bought 34 wings the first time the second time I only bought 18. It was only me eating them this time ??. I didn't care for the sweet potato fries bc I wasn't forewarned about the brown sugar topping ?. I would have preferred the Cajun on them instead of sugar. Not good to me, won't purchase again

They shut the phone off and hour before close supposedly but I called a little earlier than an hour I love their fish but on a Friday close to close they are out of fish it's fine if you don't take orders over the phone past a certain time but if not gonna let people know when they walk in the door that your missing half your menu then I fell you should leave your phone on so people can get answers to their questions before that drive down here and wait in line for 20 minutes
