The customer service is horrible. The kooks look like they got up off the floor and came to work. The work area is dirty and fill with the remnants of the previous order. The cashier takes payment from customers and the without washing hands he started putting order together for pick up and delivery. As I was waiting for my order employees came in off the street to clock in, and went straight to work. No gloves no sanitizer and no washing of the hands. The quality of the service matches the quality of the food. Horrible! I also saw how rude the cashier was to a couple trying to place a very large order but they're English wasn't clear. The cashier was very condescending to them as they struggled to place their order .

i placed this order yesterday and this is the SECOND time i’ve gotten CHICKEN ALFREDO from here with NO CHICKEN it’s literally one of the TWO ingredients in the dish. somehow we managed to put chicken on my boyfriend’s salad tho. i’m posting this review because since this has happened before like i said i know they will not refund me or even credit the order. i didn’t even eat the pasta because there was no chicken and my garlic bread was supposed to have EXTRA cheese which i paid for and it did not have any extra on the bread. i get it it was close to closing time but as you can see i live on hamilton avenue and paid almost $50 for a one minute drive to deliver my food and tipped the guy $11 ( almost as much as my made wrong chicken alfredo cost) and my food wasn’t even right… this is sad i live in this neighborhood and this was my last option and STILL went to bed hungry. i’m not happy at all i want to call corporate because i know i will get no refund or credit for this janky order.

This place is great if you're looking for a bite on a budget. Everyone in the building is very friendly and they get your food to you quickly. Quality service and budget friendly food. They're pizza is decent, and they also have quite a few other options that are not bad at all. Cheese fries with bacon is a go-to quick snack.

Ordered over a 100 times it feels like since moving to Northside around a year ago. Food is 10/10 everytime, delivery drivers are always polite. Not just the best pizza in Cincinnati, but some of the best appetizers and wings you will find too!
